Chuck The spring on one of my doors broke and Alex and Tracy came to fix it and it works fine after their work. While they know their stuff and did it quickly, Alex was trying hard to convince me to replace the bearings for $540 which I felt, and while their was a little play, my opinion they would still last for quite a while. I declined and he advised because of my not willing to replace the bearings, the warranty on the new spring was void. My door is old, and most likely if something else happens, I may replace the door. I am an engineer myself, handy with tools etc., and have reasonably good judgment on things that need replacing. I feel the spring broke because of over time use picking up a heavy door, and not because of the bearings. I believe the usual warranty should apply to the new spring. Marty Shoffner

So impressed with the service from Precision! I called and they sent a tech out within 2hrs. Patrick, the service tech, called on his way and was 10mins early in the window so no waiting around. Patrick was so professional and quick. He provided three different price point options, and outlined the pros and cons of each. No pushing for a more expensive solution. The work was complete within 3 hours and it works GREAT! I wish we had found Precision a year ago instead of putting band-aids on the problem. Oh...Patrick was super sweet with our puppy too. Josh arrived on time, and in a couple of hours, totally remade a badly damaged door hit by my vehicle. He replaced old springs, replaced damaged struts and cables, reinforced the panels, and fixed the alignment. He was professional, efficient, polite and seemed totally dedicated to doing an excellent job that I would be pleased with. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Our garage door opener malfunctioned and Precision door came within just a few hours of us calling. It wasn't going to be worth repairing our old opener, so they installed a new opener and belt drive. It also came with a keypad and remotes. The keypad was a nice upgrade. The whole process took less than 2hours. The new opener is very quiet, much quieter than our old belt driven opener. We couldn't be happier with the service or product.

I was pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had called a couple of other door companies first-one I never heard from, the second called and said they would be out that afternoon and would call when they were on their way. I have yet to hear from them. Precision came after I arrived home from work-so they fit their schedule into mine and did the work in a timely manner. Had been having an issue with my garage door opening on it's own. Called on Friday evening, prior to closing and was able to get scheduled on Saturday Morning. Alex arrived early and was very professional. Repair wasn't possible, so he had to install a whole new system, which he was able to do that day. Been very happy and amazing how quiet the new system is compared to the old one.

I selected Precision from the phone book but I also saw one of their trucks while I was driving. I liked the fact that they were willing to come out on Saturday which helped me out considerably because my garage door would not close all the way and it was getting a little colder at night. The technician was very professional and knew exactly what need to be done to not only fix the problem but also to make the garage door work more efficiently. Installer Thom Travis came out on a Saturday and installed a new belt drive motor. He was professional and completed the job quickly. (He also found out today he was a new grandfather) congratulations Travis family. The door Is extremely quiet when it opens and closes. He additionally programmed our vehicles already built in garage door buttons. We now have a keypad ???? so we won’t get locked out. I would recommend theirs company without any hesitation. I called Presision Garage Doors at 12:30 PM on a Friday afternoon because my garage door jammed and would not open. I received a same day appointment that James would arrive between 1:30-3:30PM. James was there within 45 minutes and repaired and rebuilt the door. James installed new springs, rollers, cables, brackets and rollers. The garage has never worked better. Within 2 hours my garage door was repaired with a 5 year warranty.

Springs blew on 20 year old garage door opening system. Alex was the service tech and the consummate professional on the garage door system and the problems that were present. He explained everything he could do to repair the system. We went further in asking can the door system be overhauled and brought in 2021. Again he expained everything from top to bottom and we selected almost everything but new doors. What a difference a professional makes.
