I've lived in my current home for 36 years and my old door needed replacing. I was extremely glad to have come upon Precision Door Service. In 3 hours, their Technicians installed a beautiful new garage door for me at a very reasonable price in my estimation. I will call on Precision Door Service for any future service of this nature.

Our garage door kept sticking and making terrible noise. In my opinion, Precision Garage Door never fixes anything. First time out we paid over $600. Second time out they claim it is the trim so they said they cleaned it and should not happen anymore. Next time out same story. Says the sun is making the trim stick (It is January). Now they want $207 to fix. I will be putting notices on our neighborhood facebook to not use these people (427) homes and also on google.

I am very pleased with Precision garage doors! I called them at 8:30 this morning and they were at my house by 1:30. They came at the time scheduled. The technician, Robert, was very polite and professional. He had my door repaired and addressed all my concerns within 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the service provided. This is my second experience with this company and it will not be my last.

Our door lift motor broke. Precision came when they said they would come. They replaced the door lift assembly in 2 hours. The repairman, Alex, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I plan to ask them to repair our other door.

I have used another garage door company for several years and didn’t have a need to change till this week. After two trips and 245.00, they decided they didn’t know the answer to my door problems. The techs arrived on time, installed our new garage door & it looks beautiful inside & out. This new door totally transformed the way our house looks. We opted for the decorative hardware (which really added to the look of the door) and the new mechanism is super quiet. We could not be happier. I chose your service because you had offices in Maryville where I live. I had as well read some of the reviews which seemed positive toward service satisfaction. My gatage door would not go up and down as it should so when Josh got here he noticed the problem but also noticed that the other garage door had frayed cables that could cause a serious accident. There were unexpected issues that came up during his work but with patience and his knowledge he got both doors fixed perfectly. Excellent work and excellent service. Thank you.

The guys got the job done quickly once they arrived and without a catch. The only thing that I didn't like was that the person who did the initial assessment told me the new doors would be the same as the old ones just a little smaller and a different color. They were not, my old ones were insulated and these are not. That's a pretty big difference.

When you need a repairman, it always seems to happen during the weekend or a holiday. As my luck would have it, my garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon 12/14/2019 and my wife was out Christmas shopping. I called several numbers and was told they were closed. I then called Precision Door and was able to talk with a very nice lady that took my information and said a repairman would be there within a couple of hours. Within 30 minutes I received a call and the repairman was on his way. My door was repaired by Roger and I was very happy with the service and price I received. I would highly recommend you consider Precision Door to repair your garage door anytime.
