Just want to say thank you to Precision and Patrick for coming out on short notice and getting my door up and running again. Its had a rough life and Patrick was able to not only come out and get the broken parts fixed and moving again, but also reinforced the door and made it better than it has been since I have lived here for 4 years. Arrived at my house on time to the minute, was respectful and professional during the repair. Completed the job very quickly and did awesome work, and cleaned up after he was done! After I called, a technician was sent to my home who inspected my door. He then carefully explained to me what needed to be repaired. I am managing a renovation of a recently purchased home from 500 miles away. I knew the existing garage door and opener had issues but hoped a replacement could wait until we moved in. However, the opener's key pad entered life support mode yesterday morning and my contractors could not enter the home without considerable aggravation, if at all. I contacted Precision late that morning, scheduled an assessment for Sept 1. At 0830(CT) this morning, Josh called and told me he was at the house. After a conversation about what had to be replaced and what could be salvaged, I gave him the green light to refurbish the door and hardware, replaced the opener and test everything. 90 minutes later he called back, asked for a key code and we were done. Another reason for escaping IL and embracing Eastern TN. Thanks.

Michael Hall just completed the replacement of our garage door opener battery backup as well as performing general maintenance included a spring adjustment and general lubrication. Wow, amazing service that completely exceeded my expectations. I called a little after 8:00 am, scheduled a visit for 3:00 pm. Tech shows up a little early (I know, when was the last that happened?) , he diagnosed the problem, gave me a detailed quote (that I accepted), then he stays and fixes everything on the spot. He finished in about an hour, gave me an itemized bill, I paid him through his tablet and boom! Garage door repaired and the whole thing was done in 7 hours. Unheard of these days. Excellent work all around.

These guys were hands down amazing! A little back story, I had been trying to reach our normal repair guys since the night before just to find out this morning they couldn't get to us until next week, all the while, my car is stuck in the garage. So that wasn't going to work. Put in calls to 3 other companies and this company came through times 1000. Same day service (I'm talking within a few hours). Our technician, Alex, was phenomenal. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, prompt, courteous... all the qualities you want/need! These guys will definitely be our go-to from now on. I will recommend them to everyone!

I woke up Sunday morning with two broken garage door springs and the car was locked inside with the door too heavy to lift manually. Michael with Precision Door of Knoxville came out within an hour of calling the emergency line. He offered different options for fixing the door and estimates for each option. From first call to completion took 2 and 1/2 hours all on a Sunday morning. That is truly 5 star service.
