I was pleased with the service. Chris called a half hour before he got here and arrived at the beginning of the time window. Work was performed in a professional manner and though the news wasn't good, I was pleased with the service - replacing the spring and the door opener, as using the opener when the spring broke destroyed the opener. This is the third time we have used Precision for our garage door work and I have been happy with each service call.

We had Tommy Gatlin come out to look at a possible replacement of our garage door.  We decided to go with a new door and motor.  Just a note for your customers, I recommend that Tommy wear a mask for both his and your customers protection.  Also, I was told  by Tommy that we would get a 10% military discount but his invoice shows a 5% discount unless I am reading it wrong?  Otherwise, Tommy did a wonderful job.
