I have used Precision in the past & have always been pleased with their services. I was even more pleased with my most recent call. I had a power outage at my house & when power was restored I made a stupid mistake & broke my garage door. I called & within 15 minutes of my call a repairman named Raymond called me & was on his way to my house to help me. He was very nice & professional. He fixed my garage door promptly. This company is the best! Thank you for incredible service!

Raymand was prompt and correctly diagnosed the problems with our door. He didn't try to upsell us (too much) but told us the prices if we decided to replace the door and opener. Very please with the same day wervice since we couldn't get our door up or down. We will be using this company for life.

This is my second time having Precision coming out to fix my Garage. 2/2 they are amazing with 100% customer satisfaction because they are honest, and got the job fixed in a timely manner, great customer communication when they are going to arrive within the appointment time frame. I usually stick with the same person that provides good service; however, they were backed up and the Manager Thomas stepped up and helped his employees with the work load. That says a lot about the Company that they just don’t only care about the the customers, but they care about the employees. Thank you Thomas for your amazing work on fixing my car garage and your team members assistances to help get it the job done fast.

Called at 7:44 this morning and was pleasantly surprised that Alex and Michael were available at 9AM to repair a broken spring. They were able replace several parts and repair the door -- almost better than new! Guys were very professional, pleasant and cleaned everything up bedore they left.

Michael called before appointment time to let me know he could be earlier to my appointment if that worked for me. I told him that was great. He came and introduced himself and asked about my problems with the opener. Very calm and patient with my questions. I was given options to my problem and I chose to have a new opener installed. Project was finished and any questions I had were answered. Made a couple of trips to make sure everything was picked up and transaction was completed.Very pleased with work performed.

I called Precision Door about a broken garage door and they had a crew at my house within an hour. The technicians were courteous and professional and diagnosed the situation quickly. Since my door was about 30 years the mechanical parts needed replacement. The technicians replaced all parts and adjusted the door to excellent working order. Great job!! I would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door problem.

I am so impressed by the service I received. I called Monday morning about 8 am and Josh was here by 10. My garage door was 30 years old. Josh gave me options for repair or replace. I replaced the old unit. Before when the door opened or closed, it made a loud sound. Now It is so quiet that I can't believe it is working. But it is. I would recommend you to everyone!

New belt driven garage door opener installed with keypad. Our installer, Patrick, could not have been nicer to work with - well informed, communicated well, patient with our questions, and handled the entire job with ease. He then explained how the system all worked and made maintenance recommendations. Our opener stopped working on Friday evening. I was able to get the door closed. Precision was the third company we called and the first that was able to come out that morning. James, our technician, diagnosed the problem almost immediately. James was very nice and very professional. We will not hesitate to call Precision for any of our garage door needs.

My torsion spring broke at 11:15 pm and I called Precision Overhead Garage around midnight to get this repaired as soon as possible. I got a 9am appt the same day...Raymond called me about 20 minutes out and arrived as scheduled. He looked at everything and explained to me what was wrong with my garage door and recommended a total overhaul since it was about 20 years old. I agreed to the overhaul and was amazed Raymond completed it in about an hour. Our door has never opened and closed so quietly and smoothly. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding work by Raymond!
