Josh came out with an assistant and I told him that the garage door opener was broken and we needed a new one. I told him that I wanted to add a key pad and upgrade to a larger opener and Josh and his assistant were done with in an hour taking down the old and installing the new one. When I am ready to get a new garage door I am going to call Precision because they are top notch!

So happy with precision. Patrick was awesome. We had everything but the original garage doors repaired/replaced. Arrived when promised. We actually took recommendation from Patrick when he arrived to look at the doors and repair. We needed so much more and that was fine. We have known awhile that they needed repaired so we just had everything done at once. Patrick answered all our questions and worked up our estimate before everything was scheduled for the upcoming week. Highly recommend precision. Also i do not know of many other garage door companies that offer lifetime warranties on certain components. We greatly appreciate Patrick,Scott and Miss Holly they answered all questions, made the entire process extremely easy and instilled trust with the company and the products we purchased. We are now customers for life.

Chris came out for a service call...my wife had inquired about a new key bad opener...she had talked to a manager and was informed that there was a variety of choices to choose to replace our old key pad....There isn't...Chris was extremely polite and courteous and apologized for the confusion... Josh and Christian came over this morning...having called prior to coming Just as the operator said they would. Very professional, 10 minutes early! From the very beginning Josh showed me the areas of concern with my door system, and triaged as to WHY my tension springs were needing to be replaced (4th time in 20 years). Made sense, didn’t over-sell, wasn’t bashing competition...just stated the facts and then showed me the problem areas. Springs should last 10 years, if they don’t there’s a problem. Mine was installed incorrectly, and needed some significant adjustments...but all done within 1 hour, reasonable price...was a Veteran of 10 years in the Service, high-integrity...I would highly recommend them.

You did door opener for my daughter in Sugarwood Farragut a year or so back. Then your technician Alex was at neighbors here in Glen Abbey in Dec 2019 and I asked for his advice. He told me the approach PDS had for overhaul and option for replacing chain drive OH motor. I waited six months and then called PDS and same day Josh M. Installed overhaul and belt drive motor. Very pleased with reduced sound of opening closing. Also very satisfied with interactions with Josh.

I initially chose Precision because they had service available on Saturday. Technician Chris B. arrived on time, was extremely efficient, thorough and professional in taking all the necessary measurements, providing information, answering my questions, and placing the order for the new door. Jon and Adam were also very professional and efficient when they removed the old door and rails and installed the new. They cleaned up everything, reconnected the opener, and everything works perfectly. I will definitely use Precision in the future!

Garage door spring broke on Sunday. Called first thing Monday morning and technician arrived by 9:00am and job was done by 10:30. In addition to replacing the spring the tech checked the entire door and all working parts. Excellent service, overall good experience.

Bracket came came loose on the chain track, pulling away from the wall. Called Sunday afternoon about getting it repaired. Precision said a technician would contact me between 0900 and 1100 the next day. He called at 0810, was at the house around 0830 and took care of the problem in about 15-20 minutes. While he was here worked up an estimate for a complete, new system. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Answered all my questions about new equipment, how long it would take to secure items and how long to install. As a customer, can't ask for anything more. Excellent company, excellent technician.

Robert was our serviceman. He was great! I thought our garage door opener was broken. The eye on lower L was moved. He showed me how to reset it. I made a purchase but it was not listed. I purchased a new rubber gasket edge for the bottom edge. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was done in a quick and timely manner!
