I have given a 5 star rating because of the super service provided. I called your office and 2 hours later your technician was here. Your technician, Michael, was very courteous and had the problem figured out within minutes. I don`t think it was more than half hour and it was fixed and he lubed up everything as we well. Please extend a thank you to Michael for a job well done!

Two professional, polite men came to replace the two damaged panels on my garage door. One was named Jon; I did not get the name of the other gentleman. They came within the time they said they would. They wasted no time. The door looks good as new, and works smoothly. The price was very reasonable.

My technician arrived on time and completed the repair timely. He was friendly and thoroghly explained my options and the costs. He also answered all my questions. Due to the age of my unit which was over 22 years, they replaced my opener and all the moving parts. It is much quieter and opens and closes more smoothly. I would recommend them.

Joshua was polite and efficient. He solved a major door problem in less than an hour and educated me and my grandson on how to avoid future injuries if ever in that situation again.

I’ve used Precision once before and I have to say that the response time and the level of service are unmatched. I had an electronic glitch that basically froze my garage door in the up position. I tried troubleshooting it myself but I was pressed for time so I called Precision. They had a technician out within an hour and he had it fixed and working again within minutes. Really appreciate the great service!

I needed garage door repair. Awesome service was performed by Michael who replaced the motor. He explained every option and did just as i requested. He took time to explain everything about it to me especially the differences between how it differs from the previous motor that i had on there. I will only use Precision from now on if I need to have it repaired again. Thank you Michael and Precision for the awesome service.

Are you kidding? The guys showed up and never attempted to get my door working. Their only solution was new track and a new door. Never made any effort to adjust the door, just said you need a new door. Also, complained about the type of opener I had. I called Farmer and their guy made a few minor adjustments and the door works fine. I felt like Precision was just trying to sell me something.

2nd time we have had your company. Very satisfied. Impressed with the professionally manner of technicians, friendliness, business-like approach, and quick response. Also, the part of uniforms with names, name of company on truck, and being fully-insured are important too. Patrick dod a quick and efficient job. Thank you.

Precision Garage Door of Knoxville promised and delivered. We had a spring break over the July 4th weekend. I called several other companies on Tuesday to get the spring replaced and the earliest I could get an appointment was at least two days out. Not a problem, but we could not get into our garage. A Google search of "best garage door service in Knoxville" turned up Precision Garage Door. After reading the numerous positive reviews I gave them a call around 9:30a. I was told a technician was in the area and could be at my house between 1p-3p. Well, at 12:45p Josh C. called and said he was on his way. Twenty minutes later Josh was there and working on the door. Josh checked everything out, replaced the broken spring and performed a complete service overhaul on the door. And, it only took about an hour. I believe this is the best our garage door has worked since we purchased the house 8 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Knoxville for any service needs and they will now be my go to for any additional garage door needs.

James was great! He came and replaced our opener without great fanfare. Up front, I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix the Linear we had, but James did explain they just couldn't carry every part needed. We are very happy with the Genie that was installed and it is soooo much quieter than the old one.

I have used Precision in the past & have always been pleased with their services. I was even more pleased with my most recent call. I had a power outage at my house & when power was restored I made a stupid mistake & broke my garage door. I called & within 15 minutes of my call a repairman named Raymond called me & was on his way to my house to help me. He was very nice & professional. He fixed my garage door promptly. This company is the best! Thank you for incredible service!

Raymand was prompt and correctly diagnosed the problems with our door. He didn't try to upsell us (too much) but told us the prices if we decided to replace the door and opener. Very please with the same day wervice since we couldn't get our door up or down. We will be using this company for life.

You want good honest work at a great price? These guys deliver. They say what they do and they do what they say. Hard to find good honest companies these days. They treated me as if they were fixing a door for their own family member. I got way more than a paid for......

This is my second time having Precision coming out to fix my Garage. 2/2 they are amazing with 100% customer satisfaction because they are honest, and got the job fixed in a timely manner, great customer communication when they are going to arrive within the appointment time frame. I usually stick with the same person that provides good service; however, they were backed up and the Manager Thomas stepped up and helped his employees with the work load. That says a lot about the Company that they just don’t only care about the the customers, but they care about the employees. Thank you Thomas for your amazing work on fixing my car garage and your team members assistances to help get it the job done fast.

Michael called before appointment time to let me know he could be earlier to my appointment if that worked for me. I told him that was great. He came and introduced himself and asked about my problems with the opener. Very calm and patient with my questions. I was given options to my problem and I chose to have a new opener installed. Project was finished and any questions I had were answered. Made a couple of trips to make sure everything was picked up and transaction was completed.Very pleased with work performed.

I called Precision Door about a broken garage door and they had a crew at my house within an hour. The technicians were courteous and professional and diagnosed the situation quickly. Since my door was about 30 years the mechanical parts needed replacement. The technicians replaced all parts and adjusted the door to excellent working order. Great job!! I would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door problem.

I am so impressed by the service I received. I called Monday morning about 8 am and Josh was here by 10. My garage door was 30 years old. Josh gave me options for repair or replace. I replaced the old unit. Before when the door opened or closed, it made a loud sound. Now It is so quiet that I can't believe it is working. But it is. I would recommend you to everyone!

New belt driven garage door opener installed with keypad. Our installer, Patrick, could not have been nicer to work with - well informed, communicated well, patient with our questions, and handled the entire job with ease. He then explained how the system all worked and made maintenance recommendations. Our family has used Precision in the past and they have always done an outstanding job and we would definitely recommend their company.
