Raymond is the tech who came to repair our garage doors. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He cleaned up every piece of scrap material, and even came back to the house to reset our door openers after I couldn't get them to work, and had to call him after he left. Very pleased with the repairs and would recommend to anyone needing work done.

I called this morning and they sent someone out the same day. Our technician, Christian, was great at troubleshooting our problem and at giving a recommendation and providing an estimate. I chose Precision Door Service after a lot of research. I chose them because I liked all the information on their website and especially the part where you could see and read about their technicians. Our Tech, James W., called to let us know he was on his way, and he was on time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very professional in his work ethic. He replaced springs, rollers, cables, etc. on my garage door. It works perfect now! I highly recommend Precision Door Service and especially James as a technician. He gets a five star rating from me!

I can't say enough about how great our experience was! I called at 11am just hoping to get an appointment for this week (it is Wednesday). They were at our house by 12:30 or so, fixed everything, and were gone by 3pm. Both employees were super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Precision again if we need anything garage door related!

I spoke to a few others and they were not professional They could not or would not give me a driver direct time they did not sound like business Men Your secretary was great and was able to give me a 2 hour window and told me the repairman would call on his way He did and was here at the early end of the ,3.hours given He was very nice and knew his job and it didn't take but a few minutes to determine the problem He gave me an estimate and when he finished the job he was a few dollars under what he quoted me I was thoroughly pleased with everything I told him I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone If I ever need more work of that type I will call you. ????.

The install went well. I was surprised how small the unit looks. I don't know much about the new plastic chain technology. I am used to steel chains. I have an open mind, but I have reservations.
