Very pleased with the new garage opener. The installer was very professional. He called to let us know when he would be arriving and was on time. The installation went smoothly. He was polite and respectful. It was a pleasure having him here.

Mike arrived on time and identified solutions to our problem. Cost was high but not his fault. Suggested a temporary fix. He tried them for us and they have worked so far. Thank you for a great service visit.

After 18 years with a HUGE company who over promised and under delivered, it is a pleasure to now do business with Precision Door. These are people I feel very comfortable doing business with on an important part of my home. They are fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. Everything my former door company is not and never was.

Our opener stopped working on Friday evening. I was able to get the door closed. Precision was the third company we called and the first that was able to come out that morning. James, our technician, diagnosed the problem almost immediately. James was very nice and very professional. We will not hesitate to call Precision for any of our garage door needs.

The technician, Christian was very professional, friendly, and was able to repair the garage door. While here he inspected my 2 other garage doors and repaired one of them and recommended the other one be replaced. I highly recommend this company.

My torsion spring broke at 11:15 pm and I called Precision Overhead Garage around midnight to get this repaired as soon as possible. I got a 9am appt the same day...Raymond called me about 20 minutes out and arrived as scheduled. He looked at everything and explained to me what was wrong with my garage door and recommended a total overhaul since it was about 20 years old. I agreed to the overhaul and was amazed Raymond completed it in about an hour. Our door has never opened and closed so quietly and smoothly. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding work by Raymond!

I requested service for a malfunctioning remote control system. I then agreed to a complete overhaul of my 40 year old garage door, replacing springs, rollers and cables. The door now operates as good as new. Alex Damon and Dan Wells were prompt, personable, professional, polite and proficient. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I am impressed with the service provided. The repairman showed up about 30 minutes after I called and was done within an hour. It was pricey but I can't say enough about the service provided. Only giving 4 stars because it was pricey and I was unable to print the discount coupon on the website.

Came out to the house the very next day after calling. Both men were professional and thorough. Nothing was done unless we gave the ok and was explained. Friendly. Alex and Danny did a very nice job. Thank you

When I was hoping for a quick response to get my garage door back in working condition, Precision gave me an appointment for the next morning. The technician (Alex) was very knowledgeable and focused on the job at hand. He actually left me with a garage door that operated better than it did before my incident. Very pleased and will use this company for any future work needed on my garage door.

Excellent service. I’d called a company I had used in the past; they couldn’t fit me anywhere in their schedule over the next two days. I called Precision at 4 pm Monday; they arrived at my home 5:15 pm Monday!

Patrick came to our home on Monday to inspect a broken spring. He did a thorough assessment, found other areas that were either broken as well or close to a breaking point. He did an AMAZING job. All of the elements were fixed in under an hour, Patrick was polite, informative, and skilled in his work. We would recommend him to anyone with a garage door issue. Thank you!
