I would definitely recommend using Precision Door Service. They installed my new garage door actually ahead of the time they had told me. Nathan and Tom were very professional and courteous. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with. I am very pleased with the product. They gave good instructions on how to take care of the door and how to maintain the product. I will definitely use them again when I need their services.

I chose Precision because the company I bought my door from (Farmer garage door company) 10 years ago, did not service doors on weekends (no one would answer my phone messages from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning). The spring system that came with my door broke and wouldn't allow me to open the door. Without hesitating, the Precision technician said he would need to replace the entire spring system. I was shocked to hear his estimate came to $698. Number one, the material should not have cost more than $300, and the labor for 1.5 man hours @ $100 per hour would have been $150, total for parts and labor = $450, a much more tolerable total cost.

James was completely professional. He showed up exactly on time, replaced a failed torsion spring and several related parts, refurbished our door, and resolved a stubborn issue with our operator remotes. He was friendly, polite and deserving, in every way, of a 5-star rating.

I gave a one-star not because of the quality of their work but because they never made it that far. They said they couldn't replace doors which didn't seem like a problem to me. They follow a set of rules and somehow my doors didn't fit into their rules. They were unwilling to go that extra mile to find a solution. I will probably need to get a Mom and Pop company with people that know how to get through the tough jobs.

Great response. Called at 11:30, fixed by 12:45. Came from Maryville to Vonore (Approximately 25 miles). Indicated door life is approximately 15 years (our installation was in 2004). Time for an update on parts!

Great Service. Called and let us know they were on the way. Very knowledgeable rep, answered all of our questions. Made sure we understood and walked us through the procedures a couple of times. Gave us some clues that we could do every 4 to 6 months to keep the garage door in good shape. Would recommend.

Raymond is the tech who came to repair our garage doors. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He cleaned up every piece of scrap material, and even came back to the house to reset our door openers after I couldn't get them to work, and had to call him after he left. Very pleased with the repairs and would recommend to anyone needing work done.
