This is the second time we've used Precision and both experiences were great. This time the technician (Alex) came within 30 minutes from the time I called in for service. How can you beat that. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Had our door refurbished and working in no time. We wouldn't use any other company.

Alex arrived when he said he would and quickly evaluated the problem. He fixed the problem and made a few recommendations for extending the life of my garage doors and opener. He did state that I would get a system "overhaul" quote that I have yet to receive. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Our door was a mess even though it was only 3 years old! When James arrived he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it and upgrade the door to where it should have been with the original installer. My door was opening crooked and was very loud. Chris was my tech and he did a great job. He was very nice and professional. He showed up early witch I appreciated and he was well informed. When my home was built 12 years ago they installed the door for me. i have always had good and quick service from them. I accidentally hit the door yesterday and damaged 3 panels. When I called immediately they were very helpful. Dorian came and was very helpful. he took care of ordering a new door for me and I am hoping it will arrive and be installed quickly. I do not feel safe without being able to use the garage door. I thank him for his quick and efficient service. You get 10 stars from me. Thanks so much.

The first three numbers I called resulted in answering machines. Precision was phone call number 4 and had a technician at my house within 30min of our conversation. I could see right away that Alex was mortified by my antiquated garage door system but he set about repairing it anyway. He got it operational but also gave me a quote for new doors, at my request. The reason I didn't call them first was because I thought they would be expensive. They weren't, and you know what they say, just do it right the first time.
