Chose Precision because they replaced the spring on one of my doors a couple of years ago and I was pleased with their service. This time, one of the openers was apparently fried in a power surge. They came out on a Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and diagnosed the problem quickly, giving me two options for repair. I chose to replace the opener. I asked them to install the new opener on the double door, as the new one was more powerful than the one that was there (and still worked), and move the old one from the double door to the single door. The two techs did that and installed the interior button, exterior remote and safety sensors in about an hour, maybe less. The new opener is so quiet I thought it wasn't working the first few times I opened the door. I was, again, very pleased with their service and will use them again, which hopefully won't be for a while.

Professional every step...sent them a message on a holiday and they called me within minutes of receiving the message...scheduled an appointment for the next day called to alert me they were on the way explained the options completed the job all is well..

The Precision Team is worthy of anyone's business. Our garage door had been leaking and collecting water in the home purchased, called them, their response was quick. They sent the salesman out to assess the situation. No attempt to force sell, gave us all the options, and a time frame. To our surprise, they were earlier than expected. Fantastic Job! Called again about a month later to install a garage threshold. Customer Service and Response from precision is above average. Highly Recommend!

5 Star rating, would be higher, but you gave no more stars. All my communications with you were handled in a professional manner. The installation of the door was a great teaching lesson in team work. I am a retired engineer, so I was their worst night mare, I watched the whole process, I did keep my mouth shut except for one questions, which was answered to my satisfaction. Each of the two installers had there job to do with very little overlap, no wasted motion or time, no standing around, just got to work and had the task done to my satisfaction.
