I was pleased with the service. Chris called a half hour before he got here and arrived at the beginning of the time window. Work was performed in a professional manner and though the news wasn't good, I was pleased with the service - replacing the spring and the door opener, as using the opener when the spring broke destroyed the opener. This is the third time we have used Precision for our garage door work and I have been happy with each service call.

Professional and responsive. Their technician, James, was knowledgeable and skilled, quickly diagnosed my problem and was fully equipped with the tools and materials required to repair my 18" door. COVID-19 issues and respect for my property were obvious. Most remarkable was James's focus on "doing the job right" with him resolving issues from the original installation that he could have overlooked. Josh came out explained everything to me and my options. Ended up having to order a new door instead of having mine fixed but it was the better option considering the current door is from 1991 and has been worked on many times. I called Precision because I had used them previously and was very pleased with their work. The doors vibrated very badly (30 years old). Patrick quickly assessed the problem and recommended changing out all moving parts. He overhauled both doors in a couple of hours. Now they operate very smoothly and quietly. I had light coming under my garage door when it was closed. I checked the Mint Magazine to see if there was a coupon to use for garage door repair. I called Precision Door Service and they were so nice, came out within an hour's time, checked my door and found it needed repairs, did them then and was all done within a short amount of time. They were very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with their service.

We had Tommy Gatlin come out to look at a possible replacement of our garage door. We decided to go with a new door and motor. Just a note for your customers, I recommend that Tommy wear a mask for both his and your customers protection. After a mishap with my garage door this Knight in Shining Armour showed up and fixed me up! They said 2-4 at 1:30 and I got a call in literally 2 min and he was here in 40 min! He checked my door, adjusted some settings and lubricated the door which I had no idea I was doing all wrong! The best! I'll call to replace my door when needed!
