Precision provided EXCELLENT customer service from the initial call through the entire process of having our garage door repaired. Precision exceeded our expectation for quality workmanship and fair pricing. Nick was at our home within 4 hours of calling for help! (Our garage door would not close!) Nick conducted an assessment and we discussed various options including pricing for services. We agreed on the work and Nick was awesome! I looked on Home Advisor and saw their reviews were positive so I called and they were able to set up an appointment the SAME day! The service tech, Josh Compton was patient with me as I explained the problem. He looked at my garage door and explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He called me to come to the garage three times to explain what he found and what it would take to fix my problem. He was very professional, quick, and pleasant to work with. I will gladly call Precision Garage Door again if the problem every arises.

was very pleased with the timely appointment, and the service technician who performed the work here. He was professional, friendly, and even petted my dog. I called on Saturday and they offered to come repair our door on sunday morning with no extra charge because it was sunday. They were friendly and fixed the door explaining to me what had happened and what needed to be done to repair it. I would give them a five star rating.

I had two old wooden garage doors and I called this company because they had serviced my old house and I was pleased with them. When they came out they provided a review of the different doors they offered and discussed the pro's and con's of each type of door. They then went over pricing and we decided that it wasn't our top priority at our new house. After about 2 months we called them back to have them come out to install the doors. When I called they were able to pull up my old quote and we agreed on it. When we discussed installation they were able to come the NEXT DAY! I was pretty excited about that and when the two technicians came out Terry and Josh they were very professional, went over everything we agree'd on and off they went. It took them about 5 hours to install 2 single car garage doors including new track and everything. These guys were great, very professional, very safety focused, detail oriented and they cleaned up the floor and wiped down the doors when they were done. It was a job well done all the way around. I was extremely happy with the service provided, and total cost. I would recommend this company! Aggressive pricing, excellent customer service, and very professional. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.

I called for repair of broken spring and estimate on new opener. It was about 11:45 am I told the lady on the phone it was not an emergency and if needed we could wait a couple days. She was very nice and said they would have a tech at our house between 3 - 5 pm.The tech called at about 2:00 pm and said he would arrive around 2:30 he came and replaced both springs all rollers, pulleys, cables, and put a new opener up and was gone by 5:15.

On time/came exactly when they said and called ahead. Replaced springs, cables, bearing and wheels and adjusted remote. Doors are like brand new and Patrick the technician worked hard to complete 2 doors in a little over two hours. Took time to explain everything and what to expect once work was performed. Would use Precision again and recommend their services.

Chuck: Here's a topic...Communication Breakdown. I called and scheduled an appointment with a gal that answers your phone on June 13. I choose June 15 for the installment date (replacing an opener for single door). I specifically requested a Liftmaster opener (I have it on my double door that you guys replaced a couple of years ago - - very satisfied!). James G shows up, I take off from work and...He has no Liftmaster on his truck...(James G was very professional and gave me a quote for the Liftmaster). He profusely apologized and said someone would call me Monday (June 18) to schedule a new appointment...Have not been contacted as of June 19...

Five star service for sure. Called and made appt in the morning and the technician called 35 minutes ahead of time to alert me to time of arrival (exactly on time). Diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes and fixed it in 5. Very courteous and will definitely call this company again.

James was the technician who did the work for us. I appreciated that he called about 25 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was the consummate professional...respectful, kind, and knowledgable. We had an older system that, frankly, was not worth repairing. James confirmed this, but did not pressure us into our decision to replace the opener as well as the springs. Once we decided what needed to be done, he went straight to work and did not stop until it was completed...and, he had a great attitude throughout. We are very happy with Precision Door, and especially with James.

We selected Precision because of the excellent service you provided earlier this week to our neighbor who had her garage door repaired. James Wells did the work on our garage door. He was extremely open and informative about the items which needed to be replaced. The builder of this condo complex installed the two stall doors which were serviced by only one spring. Mr. Wells was very efficient and left the work area neat and tidy.

I picked your business out of the yellow pages for the military discount, and I'm glad I did. Josh called in, was on time and in about an hour had the garage door operating again. If he is an example of your whole staff and crews, you have nothing to worry about. Very professional, even explained how to lubricate the rollers and hinges, if its needed. I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on how much it would cost to replace our old wooden garage doors. James G. called and said he was running ahead of schedule and if I did not mind would come out earlier than my schedule time, which I thought was great. When he arrived he was well dressed and very friendly. He introduced himself and shook my hand. I told him what kind of doors we would like and the color, he never tried to persuade me to buy different doors but instead gave me an estimate on the doors we wanted. He did tell me about an extended lifetime warranty they offered and I made the decision to go with it because it was a good deal. He was up and front with me that if the doors were not in stock it could take up to three weeks to get them in, he also explained about how long it would take to actually install the doors. I was very happy with the price and James G. telling me step by step about the price of the doors and the installation. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
