Robert came to our house today to investigate a problem with the closing of our garage door. He was determined to find the problem and he did. Called for a service call and was scheduled for the same day. Technician, Robert showed up at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I thought I had a broken cable which actually turned out to be a broken spring. Spring was replaced and he verified door was working as expected. Our garage door kept sticking and making terrible noise. In my opinion, Precision Garage Door never fixes anything. First time out we paid over $600. Second time out they claim it is the trim so they said they cleaned it and should not happen anymore. Next time out same story. Says the sun is making the trim stick (It is January). Now they want $207 to fix. I will be putting notices on our neighborhood facebook to not use these people (427) homes and also on google.
