I called precision door service Wednesday after 6, my garage door was fixed by Thursday at 2. I had the spring replaced and James Wells my tech went out of his way to notice my garage door opener was not working properly and re adjusted it for me. replaced spring and all hard ware. James was very professional , and very good customer service.

I am managing a renovation of a recently purchased home from 500 miles away. I knew the existing garage door and opener had issues but hoped a replacement could wait until we moved in. However, the opener's key pad entered life support mode yesterday morning and my contractors could not enter the home without considerable aggravation, if at all. I contacted Precision late that morning, scheduled an assessment for Sept 1. At 0830(CT) this morning, Josh called and told me he was at the house. After a conversation about what had to be replaced and what could be salvaged, I gave him the green light to refurbish the door and hardware, replaced the opener and test everything. 90 minutes later he called back, asked for a key code and we were done. Another reason for escaping IL and embracing Eastern TN. Thanks.

Wow, amazing service that completely exceeded my expectations. I called a little after 8:00 am, scheduled a visit for 3:00 pm. Tech shows up a little early (I know, when was the last that happened?) , he diagnosed the problem, gave me a detailed quote (that I accepted), then he stays and fixes everything on the spot. He finished in about an hour, gave me an itemized bill, I paid him through his tablet and boom! Garage door repaired and the whole thing was done in 7 hours. Unheard of these days. Excellent work all around.
