Mike came out a few hours after I called the main office to replace our garage door's lift springs. He also replaced 2 outer drive bearings and added a center bearing @the lift point. I have long been concerned that the weight of the door twisted the guide tracks, stressing and at least once, breaking the bolts supporting the tracks. He explained that the door frame, not the track, flexed thus allowing the tracks to twist. He addressed this by reinforcing the outer door frame to stiffen it @the track rollers. He also replaced stripped screws throughout the door frame and lubricated all the pivot points.

My garage door came off its track and got jammed late on a Saturday night. I called them and they had someone at my house the next morning. Michael, the technician, arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and quickly got to work repairing the door. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Precision!

Had a garage door opener installed by Michael Hall and he was very professional. Made sure everything was operating correctly. Minor issue up front as the appointment time was missed by 3 hours and I had to call in a few times to see where the service person was and on the last call I was told the appointment was cancelled. After a few minutes this error was corrected and Michael arrived about 15 minutes late which was appreciated. Original quote was $538 installed and ended up $600 when done, but everything is working now.

Although my garage door opener had been giving me problems for several weeks, I managed to get it to work well enough to postpone service since my wife had been ill and was returning home from the hospital and rehab. As luck would have it, the day I brought her home, one of the door springs broke and the opener, which had been giving me problems for some time, was no longer operating. I called Precision to see if someone could come to inspect and give me a quote for repair, expecting that it would be sometime during the following week. To my surprise, Josh returned my call and said he was finishing up another job and would be at my home asap. Sure enough, he arrived soon thereafter, quickly assessed the damages, gave me a quote and, following my authorization, completed the repairs, replacement, and clean up in approximately two hours! Needless to say, I was very pleased and satisfied with the prompt response and work completed. This was one of the best service calls that I have ever experienced and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to others with garage door needs.

I called not knowing what to expect, maybe scheduling a service a couple of weeks out. Instead, there were able to send someone in less than an hour to do a job that lasted around four hours--that's being prepared for anything! In our recently-purchased house, he inspected two garage doors and openers that probably hadn't been serviced in many years. Openers and springs were replaced. Excellent work.

I called Precision at about 2pm to get a garage door looked at that was making a noise I didn't like. To my amazement they scheduled to have a service man named Alex come the same day between 3 to 5pm. It turned out I needed a new spring and rollers. So I had the work done and it was completed in an hour. Great service and professionalism. I would recommend Precision.

I called at a little past 3PM to see if I could get someone to fix my door which had stopped working. I was expecting that I would probably have to wait until at least tomorrow of pay an after-hours fee. I was surprised that they told me that someone would be here between 4 and 6 PM today. Within a few minutes after arriving, your tech. solved my problem and gave me a price for the repairs. I saw that the price was reasonable, and the work began. By about 6PM the work was done. I am very pleased and with definitely recommend you to my friends and neighbors. Thanks.

While he did a good job, got here on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently, I thought it was overpriced. $690 for one door spring, bearings, cables, and rollers, which I don't think I really needed, but to get the warranty, you have to get it all done. (It was $550 just for a new spring and installation, which is what I really needed, and to me that is too high). He was here less than 1 hour. I felt they tried to upcharge me to get me to spend more money. Like the extra parts that I don't think I needed then he also wanted an extra $100 for extra warranty. Otherwise I'd have given them five stars.

We needed a repair to connection of the automatic opener to the door. The service call was performed with 24 hours of the call. Raymond did an excellent job and had the door operational within fifteen minutes. We are totally satisfied. We also appreciate the fact that we got the same technician we had last year.
