Patrick Stockston was the service tech who arrived after called and saying he was going to be on time. ( I liked that!) He quickly fixed the problem by replacing my broken door remote. My garage door is old and has probably been opened at least 29,200 in the last 20 years. He checked the door and make some future recommendations. I asked if he had time to do those repairs to which he responded he did! To my surprise, all the parts were on his well stocked truck. ( No waiting!) He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. There is no way I could have selected a better company or have gotten a better service tech. I had not heard of your company before, I checked the yellow pages and read your ad. Am I pleased? YES Is Patrick Stockston a great representative for your company? ABSOLUTELY

Was surprised when they could repair same day. Patrick recommended additional repairs but was not forcing them done. Patrick commenced repairing the springs and a couple items on the lift mechanism. Lastly the screw drive was noisy. Amazing what some silicone spray can do grease cant.. Thanks..

I could find everything I wanted except costs of door openers which may have been due to user error, but I did attempt to find them. Other than that I enjoyed all other information. Patrick is a miracle worker! One of the door opener sensors was off kilter and solved our problem. When he looked up there was a crack in the garage door actually turned out to be two cracks and the door is bowing in the middle. We just assume the door will always be there what could happen to it. New door on the way.

This is a wonderful company! Patrick called before showing up and SHOWED UP ON TIME. Was honest and did the job in a very timely manner.
