Our garage door spring broke at 8:00 a.m., you had it repaired by 10:15 a.m. on the same day. Technician Chris Breedlove was very pleasant, professional, thorough and prompt. I considered the price to be very fair, especially considering how quickly repairs were complete. A+++

I am going to sell my home and got it inspected and found out the door opener is out dated, so I called you people, you fixed the door before so I called you people again and the man (Chris Breedlove) was the repairman, he told me about the opener why it didn't pass, it was a old one, no stop return when touch and no eyes on the bottom of the track. He is coming back on Monday 11 to put a new one in. Chris was a very nice person and helped me out a lot, very courteous . The you.

Excellent service. Came the next day and serviced the garage door for less than $50. Chris (technician) is very knowledgeable and explained everything that was done. Will use again and recommend to my friends.

Chris explained thoroughly what he recommended for our garage doors. He didn't pressure me in any way or suggest anything unnecessary. He was knowledgeable, polite, and did excellent work after which he cleaned up the area. He explained how everything works and made the installation very tidy.

Our door was in need of an overhaul, the tech, Chris came in showed me what all was wrong with our door from another company in town that did not care about the quality of their work, got us fixed up in no time at all!! Highly recommend!!

I thought the price for the repair was steep, but I needed the door working and so many positive reviews could not be wrong, right? Later I decided to some search on the internet. Basically I was charged 20% over the most expensive price estimates I could find. The invoice list all the parts that were replaced, but does not include their price, nor the price for the labor, just the total price charged. Not transparent, to say the least. It was my fault, I should have done my due diligence before calling them. Will not happen again.

We purchased a new torsion system for opening our garage door. Chuck was courteous, knowledgeable, and timely in the installation. He also helped us with questions about other products we wish to purchase in the future. The work was completed the same day I called. Professionalism was excellent!

Amazing! Called the evening before and got an appointment for the next morning (this was not an emergency). Chris called and was there early! He diagnosed the problem, checked everything involved with the operation of my door and gave me my options. Decided to have a new opener installed and I couldn’t be happier! Chris is REALLY good at his job. Highly recommend this excellent company for your garage door needs.

I called and they were here in 2 hours. Chris was super friendly and professional- he swapped my chain drive opener for a belt drive, installed a key pad, and programmed our two cars even! He was done in two hours! I’d do business here again (but here’s hoping I don’t have to!)

Very cautious of the environment we are currently living in. Chris seemed to be very well versed on his job and what I needed to correct my situation. Upon completion, Chris gave me clear details about what was done and how to use my new product.

My experience with Chris, one of the technicians, was quite enjoyable and he explained everything thoroughly. I have some preliminary work to do before I can install new garage doors, but I definitely plan to ask Precision Doors to do the job for me. Thank you, Chris.
