I am going to sell my home and got it inspected and found out the door opener is out dated, so I called you people, you fixed the door before so I called you people again and the man (Chris Breedlove) was the repairman, he told me about the opener why it didn't pass, it was a old one, no stop return when touch and no eyes on the bottom of the track. He is coming back on Monday 11 to put a new one in. Chris was a very nice person and helped me out a lot, very courteous . The you.

I thought the price for the repair was steep, but I needed the door working and so many positive reviews could not be wrong, right? Later I decided to some search on the internet. Basically I was charged 20% over the most expensive price estimates I could find. The invoice list all the parts that were replaced, but does not include their price, nor the price for the labor, just the total price charged. Not transparent, to say the least. It was my fault, I should have done my due diligence before calling them. Will not happen again.

I called and they were here in 2 hours. Chris was super friendly and professional- he swapped my chain drive opener for a belt drive, installed a key pad, and programmed our two cars even! He was done in two hours! I’d do business here again (but here’s hoping I don’t have to!)
