My door was opening crooked and was very loud. Chris was my tech and he did a great job. He was very nice and professional. He showed up early witch I appreciated and he was well informed. He also did a great job explaining how the door worked and how to maintain it. Turned out to be a simple fix and was charged very fair price. Was very happy with the whole process.

I chose Precision Doors after a bad experience with another company. I am impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the techs. I had a new garage door opener installed as well as a new garage door. I am very happy with the finished job which was done in a timely manner.

Bottom Line Up Front: Precision was and is the BEST choice in all things garage door related! Upon initial contact to precision over the phone, their customer service representative was very polite & professional and accommodating to our scheduling needs. Chris B. was the Technician who came to help us with our garage door issues. Right away he demonstrated his subject matter expertise while explaining his diagnosis of the problem; as well as the best, and most cost effective, way to repair our garage door. Throughout his diligent and methodical repair process he patiently and articulately explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. We were so impressed with Chris’s professionalism and acumen that we decided on the spot to have him go ahead and replace and install new drive systems on both our large and small garage doors. His attention to detail was particularly noteworthy, a true master of his craft. I have no doubt that Chris B. is representative to all the fine technicians that are at Precision, but if an occasion arises again where we need garage service, I am calling Chris B. from Precision! 5 Stars *****

We had planned to replace both of our 20 year old garage openers at some time, but a broken spring on one of our garage doors hastened the purchase. I called Precision at 7:45 AM, Chris came at 9 AM. He talked me through a variety of options. By 11:30 I had two new quiet garage openers and a series of other repairs. Chris was personable, professional, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.

I chose Precision because of the many positive reviews. We purchased a new door and opener to replace our old one.Chris came to our house to help us choose a garage door and to give us a quote. He explained all of our options to us and gave us a estimation on 3 different options. He was very professional in every way, answered all of our questions and even showed me how the different components worked. We decided to go with the best plan because of his courteous attitude. We were glad he was our first contact. We rate the service thus far five stars. Look forward to the day our door is installed. Thank you for sending someone out to meet with us so q. The technician, Chris, did a thorough evaluation of the damage. Even though the door can not be repaired by Precision, as it is a "commercial" model, there were valuable inputs from Chris. Based upon this encounter, if I ever have need for residential garage door repair or installation, I would not hesitate to call Precision. Thank you.
