The repairmen were kind, knowledgable and explained everything after they looked at our doors and before they did any work. They offered two options and were not "hard sellers" in my opinion. They worked quickly and efficiently and had our doors completed in one day's time. We will definitely recommend them to our neighbors who need this service.

Outstanding timeliness and service. Called 2 other companies that were not able to commit to a service time. Car was trapped inside garage with a very heavy door. Busted springs and bearings replaced inside an hour. Price was not an issue. Thanks again.

I was amazed how quickly the service man got to my home. He knew exactly what needed to be done and explained it well. He gave me a quote, I agreed to it and he had everything on his truck to complete the job and he finished in no time. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door company!

Easy to make an appointment. Technician called ahead to announce his arrival time. Checked what needed to be done and parts were in the warehouse. Tech returned in less than and hour and installed the parts then assured everything was in proper working order. A very thorough and professional job was done.

I selected your company from a series of choices were presented on-line. I chose your company because of your time in the business - mediocrity moves on. I was impressed with the range of services and the extent of your commitment. I was convinced when I received confirmation of my appointment with a picture of whom to expect at my door. He showed up on time and was very friendly, even though he ran into some complications. I like the way you do business and would not hesitate to refer you to anyone that asks.

Alex came out to repair my broken spring and ended up rebuilding the entire mechanism as all the parts were worn out (bearings, springs, rollers, cables, etc.). He did a great job and my door works smoother and quieter than when it was new.

I called at 1130, appt at 3, James was here and finished by then! And I live over an hour from Knoxville. James was very professional and courteous, and knows garage doors! Replaced springs but did a full PDS overhaul. I highly recommend Precision; there actually is great customer service and highly skilled techs out there still, and that's unusual these days! Go with Precision if you want prompt, professional service and quality repairs.

Very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. The came promptly when existing system stopped working. While they were willing to fix, we decided to replace the aging system we had and could not be more pleased with the installation and the professionalism they provided. Highly recommend!

I seldom write reviews. However, this experience requires one. Within two hours of calling Precision Garage for service because of a careless accident, Joshua Compton arrived to repair my wooden garage door. The door is over 30 years old and he made it like new. He replaced everything except the door and railings. I now have a door that operates quietly and has new modern features. Mr Compton was very prompt, very nice and respectful, and very efficient (completed the work within two hours). Thank you, Mr Compton and Precision Garage!
