I was impressed with the web site and its speedy chat option. The price for a tech visit was less than half of one of their competitors. I was also impressed with the person who fielded my phone call and collected my info. The techs who arrived were very knowledgeable about my 29 yr old garage door system. Sadly, it seems that just loosing the photo sensors means the entire lift system has to be replaced because my Allistar lift is too old to get replacement eyes for. The tech gave me a quick estimate on the spot for a new motor and springs (springs because of a jerry-rigged system due to added door weight). They might have been spared a trip if my info about the age and make of my system had been passed along. They could have just quoted an opener replacement since the techs knew they could not fix the old system. Nevertheless, I was happy to get their opinion and advice. I'll have to think about the $923 replacement cost for the opener.

Was very impressed with the response time and the advice given by Josh, the technician. I called the office to try and set up an appointment for someone to advise me on replacing the bottom seal of the garage door. The technician actually came out the same day. My garage door spring broke about 4 pm on a Monday. I had a friend who said I should call Precision Door, as they did a good job for him a few weeks ago. To my surprise when I called, the person told me that a technician could be there between 6 and 8 pm that day. I was really shocked when I heard that and told her to schedule the visit. The Technician(James)came about 1 hour later, went over the whole issue with me and repaired the door so it will be in excellent shape for years to come. The service that this company offers is second to none!

Patrick called before he arrived and was on time. He was very polite and answered all my questions. The motor was bad and had to be replaced.There was no mess when he left. The door was repaired before he left. This did not require another appointment. He had all the parts with him. Would recommend Precision Garage Doors and will use them again.

Precision Door was at my door within 30 minutes of my call. Other companies I called was a minimum of 2 days before they could offer service. The broken spring and components were replaced and the door operational within 45 minutes of the arrival of the service man. Extremely polite and courteous. I cannot praise Precision Door enough for their service. Would recommend them very highly.

With my garage door stuck 2 feet from the ground, I called Precision. Alex came a bit early from the appointed time! He fixed the problem immediately. He then inspected the door and called things to my attention..sagging, noise, slow operation. I had noticed these without realizing it was a sign of wear. I asked about parts. He had them and my door works quickly, quietly and better than when new. Very satisfied customer.

Even though Thomas was running late, he was very gracious and smiled when he arrived. He explained to me what he found and what work was needed. He not only replaced the broken springs but also replaced the cable, rollers etc. He also mentioned that the opener was in need of replacement and would eventually fail. Just something for me to be watchful for.

I called Precision on a Sunday and was immediately connected to a very courteous and knowledgeable operator. Set up an as appointment for Tuesday and within an hour and a hour and a half had a garage door running like brand new with a new Genie EDO. The technician was awesome, explaining everything right up front and did terrific work. I highly recommend Precision for anyone in need of garage door repair.

We had Precision out to our house about 6 years ago to repair a broken spring. Then we opt for a rebuild on all bearings and everything ran really smooth until the other day. The garage door caught on front bumper of our car and make a terrible racket. I turned it off and opened it manually. I looked at it and told my wife that we needed to have Precision come out and have a look. Tomas Travis came out on Saturday. After inspecting the garage door opener he said it would at least need a new sprocket system. He was going to go out to his truck and see if he had the parts. I quickly thought, that with the opener being 15 years old maybe I should look at a new one. He talked to me about it and it was very easy for me to decide to get a new one. There was absolutely NO high sales pitch. Thomas did a great job explaining everything. Then he VERY professional at doing his job. As you know every project has at least one bump, well our old set up tested Thomas and he looked at it and knew what to do. It wasn't long and everything was finished. I called Precision out because of past experiences and would never hesitate to use them again. I will give glowing remarks to anyone looking to use them. THANK YOU THOMAS AND THE TEAM AT PRECISION. And can you believe it...they even have a REAL person answer the phone..WOW. Fair price, quick & friendly service and great employees
