I woke up Sunday morning with two broken garage door springs and the car was locked inside with the door too heavy to lift manually. Michael with Precision Door of Knoxville came out within an hour of calling the emergency line. He offered different options for fixing the door and estimates for each option. From first call to completion took 2 and 1/2 hours all on a Sunday morning. That is truly 5 star service.

Two professional, polite men came to replace the two damaged panels on my garage door. One was named Jon; I did not get the name of the other gentleman. They came within the time they said they would. They wasted no time. The door looks good as new, and works smoothly. The price was very reasonable.

My technician arrived on time and completed the repair timely. He was friendly and thoroghly explained my options and the costs. He also answered all my questions. Due to the age of my unit which was over 22 years, they replaced my opener and all the moving parts. It is much quieter and opens and closes more smoothly. I would recommend them.

I’ve used Precision once before and I have to say that the response time and the level of service are unmatched. I had an electronic glitch that basically froze my garage door in the up position. Are you kidding? The guys showed up and never attempted to get my door working. Their only solution was new track and a new door. Never made any effort to adjust the door, just said you need a new door. Also, complained about the type of opener I had. I called Farmer and their guy made a few minor adjustments and the door works fine. I felt like Precision was just trying to sell me something.

Precision Garage Door of Knoxville promised and delivered. We had a spring break over the July 4th weekend. I called several other companies on Tuesday to get the spring replaced and the earliest I could get an appointment was at least two days out. Not a problem, but we could not get into our garage. A Google search of "best garage door service in Knoxville" turned up Precision Garage Door. After reading the numerous positive reviews I gave them a call around 9:30a. I was told a technician was in the area and could be at my house between 1p-3p. Well, at 12:45p Josh C. called and said he was on his way. Twenty minutes later Josh was there and working on the door. Josh checked everything out, replaced the broken spring and performed a complete service overhaul on the door. And, it only took about an hour. I believe this is the best our garage door has worked since we purchased the house 8 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Knoxville for any service needs and they will now be my go to for any additional garage door needs.

James was great! He came and replaced our opener without great fanfare. Up front, I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix the Linear we had, but James did explain they just couldn't carry every part needed. We are very happy with the Genie that was installed and it is soooo much quieter than the old one.

I have used Precision in the past & have always been pleased with their services. I was even more pleased with my most recent call. I had a power outage at my house & when power was restored I made a stupid mistake & broke my garage door. I called & within 15 minutes of my call a repairman named Raymond called me & was on his way to my house to help me. He was very nice & professional. He fixed my garage door promptly. This is my second time having Precision coming out to fix my Garage. 2/2 they are amazing with 100% customer satisfaction because they are honest, and got the job fixed in a timely manner, great customer communication when they are going to arrive within the appointment time frame. Called at 7:44 this morning and was pleasantly surprised that Alex and Michael were available at 9AM to repair a broken spring. They were able replace several parts and repair the door -- almost better than new! Guys were very professional, pleasant and cleaned everything up bedore they left.

Michael called before appointment time to let me know he could be earlier to my appointment if that worked for me. I told him that was great. He came and introduced himself and asked about my problems with the opener. Very calm and patient with my questions. I was given options to my problem and I chose to have a new opener installed. Project was finished and any questions I had were answered. Made a couple of trips to make sure everything was picked up and transaction was completed.Very pleased with work performed.

I am so impressed by the service I received. I called Monday morning about 8 am and Josh was here by 10. My garage door was 30 years old. Josh gave me options for repair or replace. I replaced the old unit. Before when the door opened or closed, it made a loud sound. Now It is so quiet that I can't believe it is working. But it is. I would recommend you to everyone!
