Our ancient garage door spring broke on Thursday evening, and on Friday morning I was calling around hoping to get a person here that afternoon. When I talked to the woman at Precision Garage Door of Knoxville, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and promised to have a technician at my house between 2-4pm that very day. Josh C arrived on schedule, carefully listened to what I said, and assessed the situation. I agreed to the approach & pricing. Within about 90 minutes, he had the door working perfectly (and more smoothly than it has for years). Josh C did a great job, and I am extremely pleased with his work and the company's responsiveness.

HELPLESS! I couldn't get into my garage and the sun was going down. Precision Door came quickly and got me in and came back the next morning to do the repairs at a reasonable price and the door works better than before. I couldn't ask for better! Josh called 25 minutes before he arrived and was on time, He started by introducing himself and asked me what the problem was with my garage door opener. He solved the problem immediately and them inspected the spring, rollers, etc and pointed out possible future problems. Josh was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service, will not hesitate to call Precision Overhead door again.

We knew of the commercial on TV, so we decided to call them at about 3:30 pm. Talked to a really nice Lady, she took all our information and at first she offered us an appointment the next day, but then told us someone could be out between 4 and 6 pm. Michael Hall called us and told us he was on his way. Very polite and nice gentleman. He proceeded to tell my husband exactly what he was going to to and did an excellent job of repairing our garage door. He also programed a new remote for us. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect customer service. Michael did his company proud. Thank you! we will refer all our friends to Precision

We looked up 3 companies on line with the BBB. Called Precision Door on a Monday and Tommy came out the next day to give us a quote. He was great. Your 3 employees came today to install the new door. Quick, professional, friendly and fun per my husband and Mom. This was at my Mom's house. Mom, my husband and I all met with Tommy. My husband met the guys there this a.m. for install. Would highly recommend your company. I the need comes up in the future, we will be using Precision Door Service.

I was so impressed with this company. Came home from work late one evening, spring broke on my garage door. Read that they did same day service, did a chat that night with a representative and was given an appointment the next morning. So far, not good. Maybe after calling customer service tomorrow I can change my review. I’m not one to leave reviews so the fact that I am should speak for itself. The sales expert who came out to evaluate my issue first of all was scheduled for a 3-5 p.m. appointment. He called me at 4:40 saying “I’m an hour away, you still me to come out?” His attitude on the phone was less than good. He seemed frustrated that I did in fact want to keep my appointment. When he arrived to my home an hour later he called apparently frustrated that I had other people at my home doing work on a totally separate issue & he couldn’t park his car in my driveway. Mind you, my personal vehicle was parked in the road in-front of my driveway as well. Wasn’t sure what the big deal was with that. His apparent attitude carried over for the entirety of the appointment,regardless of the fact that I was still trying to be kind and professional with him. He was sent out because my spring broke after a completely new, top to bottom install of my garage door, motor, track, bearings, spring- the whole shabang just short 3 years ago. I was given completely conflicting information regarding warranties from what I was told on the phone the day before when I called to set the appointment. I was priced an outrageous amount for the replacement of a part that should HAVE NEVER BROKE in just three years. He told me that i probably just opened my garage door too much. Which is just confusing all around to me. Then to top it off he tells me “I can replace all the parts for you today for $800.00 and that will give you a lifetime warranty”- I’m just sitting here wondering if for $800 today he can give me a lifetime then why 3 years ago when I paid $1800+ for the whole dang thing was this “generous offer” not given to me? I simply couldn’t bare the thought of agreeing to do any business with this man so before I sent him on his way I asked “so all that’s wrong with my garage door is the spring? You don’t see any other issues?” He says that’s correct. Just got my email from this oh so kind sales “expert” where he has marked 5 issues that were “failed” on my system in his opinion. I guess he just FAILED to mention those things to me when I asked very specifically. Totally and completely unsatisfied and will no longer be telling my family and friends to use precision for their garage door needs.

My garbage door broke at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. I looked up garage door repair company's in my area. Ilked that I could speak to a live person and explain my problem. Tey made an appointment for me between 4 and 6 pm that evening. The tech arrived on schedule. He repaired my single door and totally updated my double door. He was very polite and knowable. He spent about 2 hours working on the doors He left the area all cleaned up. I will gladly recommend your company to all my friends and neighbors
