We chose Precision because they serviced us the same day we called. Patrick came out and evaluated our garage doors and recommended what we needed to make them better. As an added bonus he hooked up our garage door opener with our new cars remote. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. Good work Patrick - very professional!

We had Tommy Gatlin come out to look at a possible replacement of our garage door. We decided to go with a new door and motor. Just a note for your customers, I recommend that Tommy wear a mask for both his and your customers protection. Also, I was told by Tommy that we would get a 10% military discount but his invoice shows a 5% discount unless I am reading it wrong? Otherwise, Tommy did a wonderful job. Richard Jansen, MA, LTC(r)

I was so impressed with this company. Within 2 hours of calling the number and getting a real person who was helpful and polite, we had a new garage door opener installed! A technician called me and came out within 30 minutes of my call. Very impressive. Highly recommend.

After a mishap with my garage door this Knight in Shining Armour showed up and fixed me up! They said 2-4 at 1:30 and I got a call in literally 2 min and he was here in 40 min! He checked my door, adjusted some settings and lubricated the door which I had no idea I was doing all wrong! The best! I'll call to replace my door when needed!

Christian did an excellent job. After he get done with a job and drove to Knoxville to get told he had to come all the way back to sevierville he could’ve been upset about it but he had a great attitude and did excellent work. I recommend Christian and if I ever get work done on another garage door, I will be requesting Christian.
