The professional who did our job is excellent and very friendly. He was PERFECT! Give him an award. We are vey happy with the quick response and quick repair, but we think the cost is extremely high for the parts. Our garage door was acting weird not closing right, noisy and was afraid it was going to fall off the track. I called on a Saturday to get an appointment was able to talk to someone. We got an appointment on Wednesday (my choice). Duncan came out checked the door out called the DH explained everything and we got a new opener, wheels, openers, and many other pieces and parts. Duncan was knowledgeable efficient and got the job down. Enjoyed the fact he did not have to come back another day. The door is so quite. This experience was enjoyable. Thank you

Travis performed my annual service, then remained to show me how to disengage the door for manual lift. When he saw I had to bend quite far to lift the door, he spent a few extra minutes to install a second “handle” a foot higher. Excellent customer service!

I didn’t think I could have gotten a garage door installation the same day I called for an appointment. Wow. The installer couldn’t have been nicer and answered all of my questions. Yesterday my garage door spring snapped. I googled for "the best garage door repair service in Knoxville", which came up Precision Door. This morning Preston came out and diagnosed the problem. Since my door opener was old I elected to replace it too. Preston was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He is also very talented and quickly replaced all the damaged springs and cables and installed the new opener without any issues. I was impressed that he had all necessary hardware and parts on his truck as well as all tools to complete the job. I highly recommend Precision Door and especially Preston for any and all garage door problems. Thank you for a job well done!

I knew our old garage doors needed significant work, so I called Precision this morning, and was scheduled for an appointment this afternoon. Patrick and Hayden arrived early in the afternoon and after assessing the situation, they explained what they recommended and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work and within a couple of hours, it was done. I was amazed at the improvement, and am very pleased with their work.

I called this company and asked the cost for 2 springs, I was told 364$ out the door or 225$ for 1 spring. Tech comes says its 225 for 1 and doesn't do a deal for 2. After going back and forth he honors the 364$ rate ONLY to tell me I need to replace 2 things bringing the total now to 685. Says he can't replace springs till a bracket and pole is replaced. Such a scam. I paid for it but will not recommend this company. My husband had to beg for a damn warranty. Unbelievable. The tech was barely 20 years old, so I know it's not entirely on him and he has a job to do however his "bosses" and leadership and overall ethics of this company are terrible.

A couple of bolts came out of our opener, which was installed about a year ago by Precision. Called this morning, was given an arrival time window. Justin (the original installer by the way) called and arrived in the stated time window. Had the opener running smoothly again within 5 minutes. Outstanding!

I used Precision when I lived in Fort Myers, Florida. I got great service there in the Sunshine State. So when my GD would not close properly here in Knoxville, I called them, and came out at my own schedule, and did all they could to check its programming and etc. I had to have a new Motor installed, as the other was a 2005, and decided it did not want to work. I had great Techs, and worked fast, explained how to use my upgraded Door remote and all its features. My Cost was 773.00.

Precision Door Service repaired my garage door opener on one side of my garage and installed an opener on the other side of my garage. The service was excellent and the installers were very professional. Everything was explained to me and the cost was very reasonable. They came out early in the morning after I called the afternoon before. The work was completed in a little less than two hours. They also had a great warranty. I am very pleased with the service I received.
