I called at 1130, appt at 3, James was here and finished by then! And I live over an hour from Knoxville. James was very professional and courteous, and knows garage doors! Replaced springs but did a full PDS overhaul. I highly recommend Precision; there actually is great customer service and highly skilled techs out there still, and that's unusual these days! Go with Precision if you want prompt, professional service and quality repairs.

Very pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. The came promptly when existing system stopped working. While they were willing to fix, we decided to replace the aging system we had and could not be more pleased with the installation and the professionalism they provided. Highly recommend!

I seldom write reviews. However, this experience requires one. Within two hours of calling Precision Garage for service because of a careless accident, Joshua Compton arrived to repair my wooden garage door. The door is over 30 years old and he made it like new. He replaced everything except the door and railings. I now have a door that operates quietly and has new modern features. Mr Compton was very prompt, very nice and respectful, and very efficient (completed the work within two hours). Thank you, Mr Compton and Precision Garage!

Not happy with transaction. Repairman had sour disposition. Was offended when l questioned charges. I was charged $60 a piece ($120 total) for Linear remotes...Amazon sells them for $25 for two. I feel as though lve been taken advantage of. Very dissatisfied to say the least. I will not use this company again.

Precision door service just replaced my entire overhead door system. Lightening did a lot of damage and I needed some repairs fast. I called Precision and 2 hours later they were there and fixing all my door problems.I would very highly recommend them. Alex did a fantastic job and was very friendly and courteous. Again I would highly recommend Precision door service.

Read Google reviews of Precision which were almost all very favorable. After calling several companies for information, decided to use Precision. They were very prompt and professional and with same day service. Alex called saying he could come a little early if that was ok which actually worked out great. He offered several levels of service that he could provide in addition to replacing my broken spring, but there was no pressure to add services which I appreciated. Their price seemed in line with other companies I had called. Would use again.

The car was packed for my trip, including my cat! I pressed the garage door button and nothing. I needed to get out, NOW! I came in the house and Precision was listed first. I called, explained my situation and was assured someone would be out between 2-4. At 1:30, Alex called and said he was on his way. He was quick, efficient and thorough. I was on my way by 4p.m. I will surely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Alex.

I am usually reluctant to write reviews but the service I received from Precision Door Service was so exceptional I decided to write the following. I had an old garage door that I was hanging on to for far too long. When I tried to open my garage door very early Thursday morning it would not budge (the spring broke). I was I in a slight panic and knew that I would have to replace the door. I called Precision about 6:00 a.m. and told the person who answered my dilemma. The person I spoke to was very polite and scheduled an estimator to arrive at my residence between 11:00-1:00 that same day. The estimator (Tommy) asked if he could arrive a little early which was fine with me. He was extremely competent, polite and very easy to work with. He understood my dilemma, provided me with an itemized estimate, and was able to schedule my door replacement for Monday afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. Adam and Nathan asked if they could arrive sooner, and I agreed. They did an amazing job of installing my new garage door and did it quickly. They explain to me how to operate and maintain my new door. The garage was spotless after they finished. As far as I am concerned, this is a five-star operation from start to finish.

Precision Door was recommended by my neighbor who had recently repaired his garage door. I called Precision before 7:30 in the a.m. about my issue and the call was answered by a REAL person. A Precision Technician was at my door by 9:00 the same morning and made the repairs. Excellent Job! Will call Precision the next time I need a garage door repair.

I was impressed with the web site and its speedy chat option. The price for a tech visit was less than half of one of their competitors. I was also impressed with the person who fielded my phone call and collected my info. The techs who arrived were very knowledgeable about my 29 yr old garage door system. Sadly, it seems that just loosing the photo sensors means the entire lift system has to be replaced because my Allistar lift is too old to get replacement eyes for. The tech gave me a quick estimate on the spot for a new motor and springs (springs because of a jerry-rigged system due to added door weight). They might have been spared a trip if my info about the age and make of my system had been passed along. They could have just quoted an opener replacement since the techs knew they could not fix the old system. Nevertheless, I was happy to get their opinion and advice. I'll have to think about the $923 replacement cost for the opener.

Was very impressed with the response time and the advice given by Josh, the technician. I called the office to try and set up an appointment for someone to advise me on replacing the bottom seal of the garage door. The technician actually came out the same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, gave good advice and answered all my questions.
