Prompt service much appreciated. Called on Tuesday at 5 pm and technician was at my house Wednesday morning. Michael the technician was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Assessed situation, made the repairs in timely manner and even took care to clean up afterwards. Very pleased. First time using Precision Door Service but will definitely use again in future. I called Precision when it became obvious our garage door had more issues than we could fix ourselves. They offered several options for appointments, including a few the same day I called. Ultimately Alex came out the next morning. Since we were unable to be there, he called and went over what he found needed to be done. In an hour, he had multiple issues fixed and the door is working smoothly. Alex was courteous and did great work. I will definitely refer Precision for any garage door needs!

I have used Precision Door twice now and am EXTREMELY happy. One was for a new garage door, the second a scheduled rebuild of a lower garage door with an added opener. Prompt, courteous, gave options, fair pricing. Highly recommend!
