Service rep was very helpful with programing my stubborn remote for the garage door. He also programed my car remote to work as a backup. He lubricated the rollers and other parts of the door to eliminate a lot of the noise. 27 year old garage door now opens a lot smoother.

I think the repair was expensive but i had no choice. Either replace a rusty spring or risk possible injury or more expense at a later date. The repair man did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish he could have had the weather stripping on his truck to finish the repair but I will do that myself at a later date. Suggestion to the company: start carrying the weather strips.

Over the weekend, my garage door torsion spring snapped leaving my vehicle inside with no way to get out. After delayed by a local competitor, my wife suggested Precision Door. The keypad garage door opener had stopped working and didn't work even with new batteries. I called Precision because I have used them before.
