Had this door serviced in April 2022. A little disappointed that it didn’t last longer than 7 months. BUT they did come out the same day I called. Thomas was great.

The workers were very nice, they explained what they needed to do and went over the cost. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Took time to make sure I understood the function of the door openers. Door openers are very quiet and smooth. Will use this company again if the need arise.

thomas, our tech was the best. showed up early after calling us, friendly, informative and had us up and running within 20 minutes. HOWEVER, the Genie brand motor is a genie we would like to put back in the bottle. This is the second time the keypad/ door has malfunctioned in less than a year after purchase. Every time there is a power outage we are the only ones on our block that have to reprogram their keypad to the motor. Thomas gave us a great tutorial step by step so hopefully we will be able to fix it next time.

Precision Door has been servicing my garage doors for over 10 years; and they came to my rescue again when a door spring broke on a Sunday. I phoned the company and planned to leave a message to call me on Monday about getting service; but I was pleasantly surprised when a company rep answered and made an appointment for a service call on Tuesday. I was pleased at their responsiveness. When tech Thomas Travis arrived on time, he proved to be very experienced and completed the springs replacement and door set-up job efficiently. Then on my request, although unscheduled, he replaced the old door seal. My wife and I were smiling when Thomas departed and we could use our garage again.

We had a great experience with the technician, Thomas Travis, who came to our house last week to fix our garage door opener/clicker. He diagnosed the problem as actually stemming from the board within the garage door opener/motor itself, and unfortunately, because our system is so old, a repair wasn't possible. However, Thom was able to offer us a new garage door opener system on the stop, which he installed within the hour. After doing that, he showed us all how the new equipment worked, and we were delighted in the upgrade in features from what we had before *and in how quiet it now is! Thom was very approachable and friendly the entire time, and he also tells good stories. :) We were very pleased with our experience with him and the company, and we will use Precision again if we have any needs.

We had some older Craftsman garage door openers that needed repair. I called for an appointment this morning and they setup the same-day service call. Our technician, Raymond, did a great job reviewing the situation and after discussion we decided to replace our openers with new up-to-date Genies. Raymond did excellent work and was very professional. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door/opener needs!

Did a great job rebuilding and installing the proper system for my doors. They are now so quiet and run so much smoother. The installers were great,very professional. Will always call and have them do any work needed.
