The technician (Chuck I think but I may be wrong) called ahead and arrived at time stated. He diagnosed the problem with my door not closing quickly and then reset the door open close limits. When he left the door was functioning properly. I may need to have them back out later to fine tune the close limit switch if I can't figure it out.

We had a problem with the garage door springs around 2 years ago and Patrick of Precision Doors did a great job on the installation. Our garage door opener developed a problem later with opening the door with a remote door opener. I called Precision because of the excellent service on the door springs and asked if they could send Patrick again to help us. He did not disappoint! He installed a device with two new remotes that resolved the problem. Were are grateful for the help!

The tech called me when on the way just like he said he would. He checked my garage door on my house and I had him look at the garage door at the detached garage also. the house garage was fine but the detached garage door needed a little adjusting, Just a simple turn of a screw or two and it worked perfectly. We discussed replacing the garage door on the house and also the springs on the detached garage door in the future. Overall, the service and knowledge of what he done was excellent. I will definitely be calling Precision for all my garage door needs. Thank you

We are very pleased with the quick response we received. When I called I was told a technician would be out between 12-2:00 the same day I called. We were expecting to have to wait at least a couple of days. Our technician, Preston Stockton called & gave us an expected arrival time of 11:30. He was right on time. He was very professional. He was able to diagnose our problem & gave us an estimate to replace our garage door motor. He gave us an estimated completion time of 2 hours. He finished right on time & we are extremely pleased with the service we received.

Derek arrived on time, and was very personable. He knew about his product, and was able to help to get the electronic garage door opener installed at that time. He had all the equipment he needed with him, on the truck. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He went over everything with us before he left, including how the new opener worked, the panel on the outside of the garage, etc. The price he gave us was very good, compared to other prices we inquired about from different companies. We would definitely recommend Precision Door Company to anyone who is looking for help with their garage door.

I was happy and grateful that they were open the day after Thanksgiving. The young man, I can't remember his name arrived in less than an hour. As an older, single woman, I have to be able to depend on my garage door working. He was very nice, explained things to me, showed me how to work everything, and was just very nice.
