While he did a good job, got here on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently, I thought it was overpriced. $690 for one door spring, bearings, cables, and rollers, which I don't think I really needed, but to get the warranty, you have to get it all done. (It was $550 just for a new spring and installation, which is what I really needed, and to me that is too high). He was here less than 1 hour. I felt they tried to upcharge me to get me to spend more money. Like the extra parts that I don't think I needed then he also wanted an extra $100 for extra warranty. Otherwise I'd have given them five stars.

Adam was my technician today and he called and gave me the approximate time he would be at my location. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired in just a few minutes. Because my new motor was installed within the past year there was no charge for the service which was a pleasant surprise. Adam is a true asset to your company. Also my service was originally scheduled for Monday but I had to change it due to a doctor appointment, and they got me in today. Now this company is truly all about customer service. Garage door opener repair. Very satisfied with the complete experience. From the call to the completion of the repair. Josh was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also was helpful in providing tips for mantenance of our door to keep it in the best working order possible. He even replaced the light bulb, he didn't have too. Throughly accessed what needed to be done and didn't push an unnecessary sale of items that still worked. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Will use Precision Door in the future for servicing, repair or replacing door if the need arises.

We needed a repair to connection of the automatic opener to the door. The service call was performed with 24 hours of the call. Raymond did an excellent job and had the door operational within fifteen minutes. We are totally satisfied. We also appreciate the fact that we got the same technician we had last year.

Response time was sensational. Knowledge of me and my previous projects were amazing, as it had been 7 years. Josh showed up early for the appointment and replaced my opener and cleaned up in just over an hour. Covered every detail of the new opener before he left. Quality is good and customer service is even better.

Pleasantly surprised that call was answered on a weekend day (vs voice mail), more surprised to get an appointment same day. Michael "Mike" was my technician/consultant and he is FABULOUS. Very knowledgeable. My existing garage door opener equipt was installed by one of the "big" name garage door companies in this area Let's just say that electronic equipt shouldn't be installed where the moisture is going to seep into the unit (and original installer didn't even apply sealant to protect the unit). Michael instantly saw the issue and why I will continue to have problems. Time to upgrade - Mike provided me with a quote for new (better) system with new (better) installation and needless to say, I'll be asking for Mike to install it once purchased. Thanks Precision - you guys are the best!

I called at a little past 3PM to see if I could get someone to fix my door which had stopped working. I was expecting that I would probably have to wait until at least tomorrow of pay an after-hours fee. I was surprised that they told me that someone would be here between 4 and 6 PM today. Within a few minutes after arriving, your tech. solved my problem and gave me a price for the repairs. I saw that the price was reasonable, and the work began. By about 6PM the work was done. I am very pleased and with definitely recommend you to my friends and neighbors. Thanks.
