Someone at Lowe’s actually recommended precision come out to fix the door. The techs polite and prompt. In and out in about an hour so my whole day wasn’t tied up.

I called this morning asking for someone to come and take a look at my garage due to my spring breaking on my door. The customer service representative on the phone was amazing (I called at 830am) and by 1:15pm James W, the tech, had come and gone. I not only got my spring fixed but got other worn out broken pieces replaced and purchased a new quiet garage door opener. I will refer Precision to others.

I called Precision at 8:15AM and they had a technician here by 9AM. Justin called me 10 minutes prior to arrival, just like Stephanie had said he would. He fixed the door in 45 minutes! I called first thing this morning to have my opener repaired. I was told a window of 11am to1pm. The repair crew promptly arrived around 11:am, changed the opener head, and controls, adjusted the photo eyes and lubed the door and springs. I don't remember their names but they were prompt, courteous, and had a good work ethic. I definitely recommend them.

Quick appointment. Called about 3:30 on Monday and Justin was here b4 9a on Tuesday. Justin was very professional only took about 30 to 40 minutes to replace the overhead motor. Programed 2 vehicles and he was gone. Madison was very helpful and polite and has us scheduled quickly.

Company had done a service call a year or so ago and did a super job.I did not hesitate to call again when an old system failed on my door opener. they came,checked old system, replaced Drive and power end, all in less time than needed to watch an inning of a good baseball game...
