Patrick from Precision Garage Door was professional. He explained what was wrong with the garage door and how it could be repaired. Took him about 45 minutes to complete the job. He waived the $50 trip fee since I had it repaired. New parts are much better than the old. Would and will use Precision again when the time comes. Great company.

A bad storm hit Lenoir City today and a tornado or microburst sucked my garage door almost off the house trapping my husband’s car inside. I call Precision Garage Door Company and they were in my driveway in less than 40 minutes! The Technician did an amazing job getting my door back & working temporarily until the new door comes in! I am safe, grateful & very satisfied with this amazing company! Thank you!

Derek was excellent. If there were ten stars he would have received them! He was great went over everything explaining what should be replaced. While replacing the parts needed to be replaced he noticed something near the track that was catching and door panels and removed it and explained to me that he removed. Which probably saved me from having to replace a panel on my door down the road! Thank you

Price, convenience, and installation were EXCEPTIONAL!! Scheduling was very easy with multiple times available, the price and convenience speak for themselves, and the installer (Preston) was outstanding in every way: professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. Upon completion, he showed me proper operation/maintenance of the refurbished hardware and answered the few questions I had. I most definitely recommend Precision for any and all needs one may have for their outstanding service!

I cannot speak highly enough for Patrick, my technician!! I called just to get my bottom seal replaced after not being able to remove the old one, and I was extremely pleased how little it was going to cost! Patrick was surprised I have never had my door serviced after 23 years and it has been making a lot of terrible sounds. So he replaced the drum and cables, large spring, all the wheels and bottom seal for a very reasonable price ?? Precision builds in time for every appointment and carries most supplies with them so they are able to make the repairs then and there instead of having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend Precision to you, you will not be disappointed!! Patrick was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable????
