I used this company in 2017 for a replacement garage door. They were fair, friendly and great service. Yesterday my springs literally blew and I could not get my door raised to get my car out. I called late at night thinking I would have to leave a message. Much to my surprise a very nice gentleman answered and set an appointment for the next day. Jon Warwick is the technician that showed up. He was the same person that installed my door in 2017. It says a lot about a company that can keep employees that long. It's rare. Jon was excellent. He was thorough, timely, friendly, professional and overall did an excellent job. Thank you! I would recommend this company ????.

It was new year weekend and spring on Garage Door broke and I figured it wood be Tuesday before I could get Door fixed but Precision came out on Saturday and my tech was Chris and he was such a down to earth person.He had Door repaired in about 1 hrs and he explained what he did. I CALLED FOR BROKEN SPRING REPLACEMENT ON A SINGLE 3 PANEL DOOR. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIS INSTALLATION. I AM UPSET THAT I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN 3 TIMES THE AVERAGE COST OF THIS SERVICE. I PAID $1,123. HIS LOWEST QUOTE WAS $995. WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN QUOTED $250 TO $350 BY ANOTHER COMPANY. HE SAID THEY QUOTE LOW AND THEN ADD ON OTHER COSTS. I HAVE NOW CHECKED ON INTERNET AND OTHER COMPANIES AND THAT IS NOT TRUE. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS AN 80 YEAR OLD FEMALE. THIS WAS MORE THAN MY $1,073 SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK FOR THIS MONTH. I FEEL I WAS TOTALLY CHEATED!!!
