I had used your service a few years ago when a torsion spring broke and was very satisfied then so naturally I called again when i had a problem with the cables jumping off the pulleys and the door was stuck in the open position. Your service man was great and identified the problem within a minute. I would not have guessed in a million years what caused the problem; a snake was wrapped around the pulley! The amazing thing was that the service man said this wasn't the first time he had encountered this problem. You guys should add snake removal to your list of services!

Additional rubber trim on bottom of door completely closes off the space our previous door left open. No worries about rain or critters now. .

Precision Door Service was EXCEPTIONAL. When they couldn't provide service when I called late in the evening about a broken door spring, they had an individual, Justin at my door the next morning at 7:30 AM. He was awesome. He completed his instillation of the new spring, added a pully rod and door strip. Project completed within the hour he quoted.
