Patrick from Precision Garage Door was professional. He explained what was wrong with the garage door and how it could be repaired. Took him about 45 minutes to complete the job. He waived the $50 trip fee since I had it repaired. New parts are much better than the old. Would and will use Precision again when the time comes. Great company.

Justin came to check my garage opener that was 52 years old and the circuit board was burnt up the belt was in shreds and I had a broke spring. After talking with Justin we decided best to put a new opener and springs and everything else that goes with. A bad storm hit Lenoir City today and a tornado or microburst sucked my garage door almost off the house trapping my husband’s car inside. I call Precision Garage Door Company and they were in my driveway in less than 40 minutes! The Technician did an amazing job getting my door back & working temporarily until the new door comes in! Great service. Technician called with plenty of notice when he would be there. Very professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be repaired and estimate before did any work. Only complaint called on Saturday because door wouldn't close, and didn't get a technician until Monday.

Derek was excellent. If there were ten stars he would have received them! He was great went over everything explaining what should be replaced. While replacing the parts needed to be replaced he noticed something near the track that was catching and door panels and removed it and explained to me that he removed. Which probably saved me from having to replace a panel on my door down the road! Thank you
