Precision sent a very young tech out who told me because my garage door had an older spring type mechanism that it could not be repaired and the only thing they could do would be to replace it with a torsion style opener. I declined and he charged me $49.99 for the house call. I then called a different company and their tech brought a new spring kit, changed out both springs and all pulleys, greased, oiled, and adjusted the door and charged me half of what Precision had quoted. He also told me that there was not enough head space above my door to install a torsion system. The only reason i'm giving one star is that there is nothing lower. It's a shame that I was charged for no service.

I needed to replace the seal at the bottom of my garage door. Derek took care of it right away and checked some other things while he was here. I had him leave a sticker on the door if I ever needed to call them again. He was a really nice guy.

Always choose them! Not only was I able to schedule a next day appointment, with an onlie agent, late in the evening- I have had an INCREDIBLE service! Chris Pease came out to service our garage door issues with closing. He explained areas that needed attention alongside garage door framing- an essential repair to ensure further repair success. After we meet with our contractor, we ONLY want our garage door continued services with Chris- from Precision Door Service! He rocks!

I called this morning asking for someone to come and take a look at my garage due to my spring breaking on my door. The customer service representative on the phone was amazing (I called at 830am) and by 1:15pm James W, the tech, had come and gone. I not only got my spring fixed but got other worn out broken pieces replaced and purchased a new quiet garage door opener. I will refer Precision to others.

Derek came at the time promised and called before he arrived. He promptly surveyed the problem, gave me the estimate, and got right to work.
