Prompt appointment made and follow-up was on time. Tommy actually called me that he was available earlier which worked out great. The repair estimate was complete in minutes with a target repair date set much earlier than I expected. Precision is my garage door service team going forward.

I think the repair was expensive but i had no choice. Either replace a rusty spring or risk possible injury or more expense at a later date. The repair man did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish he could have had the weather stripping on his truck to finish the repair but I will do that myself at a later date. Suggestion to the company: start carrying the weather strips.

Over the weekend, my garage door torsion spring snapped leaving my vehicle inside with no way to get out. After delayed by a local competitor, my wife suggested Precision Door. I called today and w/i a few hours, Hayden came to the house to repair the door. He presented himself in a professional and personal manner. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and expedited manner of his repair! Hayden is an asset to the company! The cost of repair was very reasonable! Now I have to take my wife out to dinner for her referral but really…it is worth it! lol Thank you Precision Door! I will be calling you when the next garage door snaps! David Carter

I have used Precision Door ever since I replaced the original garage door on my house. Your service has always been exceptional, and the service this time was also exceptional. Derek called to say he was on his way, arrived on time, and obviously knew what he was doing. He explained everything and accomplished the repairs quickly. I don't think anyone could have done better!!! Thank you!

Patrick was a perfect professional in all aspects of the job. He explained what had to be done to replace the garage door opener and the other components of the system. Then he did a complete and thorough job replacing the old with the new. I was extremely pleased with Patrick and the work he did.

The keypad garage door opener had stopped working and didn't work even with new batteries. I called Precision because I have used them before. The technician came the very day I called, quickly identified the problem (the keypad opener had gone bad), and installed a new opener. He was very pleasant and took less than fifteen minutes.

Our son used Precision Door Serice to install new garage doors. He was very pleased with their service and prices, so when U had a spring break in one of my garage doors Saturday morning I called Precision. They sent Derek out within a few hours. Derek was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job of getting my door operational again.

The professional who did our job is excellent and very friendly. He was PERFECT! Give him an award. We are vey happy with the quick response and quick repair, but we think the cost is extremely high for the parts. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that, and I'm sure that's how you make all your money!! Best wishes to you all. We hope we never need to use you again for our garage door, but if we do need you, you're first on our list.

Our garage door was acting weird not closing right, noisy and was afraid it was going to fall off the track. I called on a Saturday to get an appointment was able to talk to someone. We got an appointment on Wednesday (my choice). Duncan came out checked the door out called the DH explained everything and we got a new opener, wheels, openers, and many other pieces and parts. Duncan was knowledgeable efficient and got the job down. Enjoyed the fact he did not have to come back another day. The door is so quite. This experience was enjoyable. Thank you

We are extremely pleased with Precision Door Service. They were prompt in coming to check our door when it broke. They gave me options to repair or replace the door. Due to the age of our old door we decided to have it replaced. The installation of the new door was perfect. Adam and John W were tremendous. They were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Precision Door and in particular Adam and John W

Chose to contact because of the Mint Magazine advertisement. Was goiing to just get a quote but Tommy immediately pointed out how to solve the problem I was having and save much more. That really helped me! When I found out you used only your own employees and not contractors, I was thrilled. Justin did excellent work and the doors open so quietly now. Thank you. chos

Travis performed my annual service, then remained to show me how to disengage the door for manual lift. When he saw I had to bend quite far to lift the door, he spent a few extra minutes to install a second “handle” a foot higher. Excellent customer service!

I didn’t think I could have gotten a garage door installation the same day I called for an appointment. Wow. The installer couldn’t have been nicer and answered all of my questions. I really like my new opener, the keypad, and the Wi-Fi app to access my garage. So much quieter than what I had too. I will refer Precision to all my friends. Thank you.

Yesterday my garage door spring snapped. I googled for "the best garage door repair service in Knoxville", which came up Precision Door. This morning Preston came out and diagnosed the problem. Since my door opener was old I elected to replace it too. Preston was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He is also very talented and quickly replaced all the damaged springs and cables and installed the new opener without any issues. I was impressed that he had all necessary hardware and parts on his truck as well as all tools to complete the job. I highly recommend Precision Door and especially Preston for any and all garage door problems. Thank you for a job well done!
