Josh was the technician who was assigned to diagnose the problem with our 2 garage door openers. His response time was spot on the estimated time of arrival. After 14 years our garage door finally failed. I found Precision Door through a web search. Looked at customer comments and gave them a call. I didn't expect them to be out the same day as it was not an emergency. Our tech was James Wells. We discussed pros and cons or repairing a 14-year old system as opposed to going with a new Genie system which had added features since 14 years ago. James went straight to work and in less than 90 minutes we had a new system up and running. Would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone, from the initial phone call to the follow-up same day service to James' install and explanation of our new freatured Genie system. Amazing company and personnel.

About 8p my coil snapped without warning. I called around 9p, the customer service rep was competent and pleasant to talk to. She gave me an arrival window of 11a-1p the following day with a promise of a heads up phone call prior to arrival. The tech called me the following morning around 10a, said he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive about 30 minutes early. He showed up when he said he would. Once he was here, he identified all problems, explained everything to me including warranty information, cost, and time to repair. He got started right away, repaired/replaced everything in just over 2 hours. He was professional, friendly, and competent. I will use Precision again when the need arises.

Michael Hall arrived late Christmas to fix our garage door opener. He went through an ***exceptionally*** through search to find a short in the system, finally dismantling our old opener to find a burned out mother board. He did a great job, in the extreme cold of this Christmas, installing a new garage door opener so that we could leave our home. Precision is fortunate to have Michael as one of their premier technicians.

Patrick S responded to our call today and did a great job in explaining the problem with the rollers and track mechanism needing replacement on our garage door. He gave a clear outline on the cost estimate and the time needed for the repair. He did a great job in making the repairs and stayed true to his cost estimate and within his time line he projected to complete his work. He was professional with his work ethic, honest in his explanations, and represented his employer very well.
