A very impressive company! Easy to contact, very friendly and helpful on the phone. Then 45 -50 minutes later they were here! This was in the late afternoon, too. I was very, very impressed with many aspects of Precision's service. Their phone staff and our technician (James Wells) were fantastic. This was a last minute call on a Saturday. They fit us in with a time window of 6-8pm, and James arrived at 5:30. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was up front about the repair and cost. It was completed in around an hour, and it's never sounded better. However, after doing some research I'm not so sure about the cost. It was hundreds more than almost any estimate I found online for a similar job. The invoice lumped most of the expense together under 'PDS Overhaul', so I don't know the charge for individual parts, labor, etc. There's also a mysterious 'shop fee'. I'm not a big fan of the financial side, but everything else was amazing. Next time I need something, I'll definitely consider Precision - but I'll also be shopping around.

Thank you so much! Will recommend Precision to everyone! On Monday we discovered that the spring on our old manual garage door had broken & actually flew across the garage. So thankful that it happened during the night and not while we were in garage. We called Precision & explained the situation and within a few hours they sent someone to dismantle the other side/spring.(at no charge). At this point we had not even decided on where to purchase new door. The young man who came out was very helpful, courteous & professional. We asked him for an estimate on new door. We then called & talked with “door lady” who gave us three options. We called back the next day & ordered door and two days later we had a new door. The technician who installed the door was very helpful. He was professional & polite. He explained everything to us and gave us a number to call in case of questions. Thank you Precision !

Our garage door would not open, so I called and was able to get an appointment to repair it that same day. Patrick came out to make the repair at the appointed time. I have used your company before. Motor garage door opener needed to be replaced. Technician did a great job. One thing though ( not that a big of the deal) the sales man came on Friday gave me a less price for senior discount. But the Technician gave me a higher price and said the salesperson gives and estimated price only. After I reviewed the invoice I received via email, I realized that he didn’t take the senior discount off. I called your office, and the lady said she will immediately send a message to the manager and will refund me the discount amount. I was pleased with that. It is just to point out that it should be a little better Communication by putting note on special pricing for the technician. At the end I am very pleased with your office and the service. I am sure will use your services whenever I need it! Thank you very much !

Precision installed my 2 garage doors around 10 years ago. Due to a power failure May 9, I had to switch the doors to manual use so I could get to work. I was unable to switch them back. Hence the service call on May 10. The technician, Matt Heard, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He pointed out that some of the parts were worn and might need replacing. He did not push any of the solutions on me, or try a hard sell. We both pretended I was intelligent enough to decide. He completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time, and explained the bill efficiently. Good job.

On 5/8/24 I had an appointment to go to and the coil spring on the garage door had broken trapping my car. I made a call to your company and Pehton (spllg) was at my place in roughly 30 minutes. He was very personable and very fast in making repairts. Great Job!

Precision Garage Door is top notch. They do excellent work and go out of their way to ensure your garage door is not only installed correctly but safely. Previously we had a garage door repaired by them. They came out quickly and not only fixed the door but reinforced it as well. Nine months ago they came out and helped up extract our 4Runner from the garage. You see our house had been hit by a tornado and our vehicle was held hostage until Precision came out and helped us get it out.. We had just had a friend that used your company and told us how responsive Precision was and quick to fix their issue. When our garage door opener popped and then began smoking, we knew just who to call. Precision was at the house within an hour and Derek knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix. He also showed me a spring that was getting ready to pop on my door as well. He had everything fixed within two hours or less and even helped to reprogram the Homelink garage door buttons that are in our cars. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service!

I used Precision a while ago and was very pleased, so when my door broke yesterday (spring, among other things) they were the only one I called. Called them at 9:00 this morning, they told me a tech could could be here between 11 and 1. 2Twentu minutes later the tech called and said he was 15-20 minutes away. Chris showed up, we chatted a bit, and he gave me a few different options. He was done in about an hour. Fast, really fast, courteous and very professional. Employees make the company, and Chris was a great representative for Precision. I got prompt, quality service at a fair price. Can't ask for much more than that. I highly recommend Precision.
