Very knowledgeable technician. He explained the problem with my door based on it being over 25 years old and recommended an overall replacing springs, bearings, Cables etc. He finished within an hour. My wife was amazed at ow quiet it was after it was completed.

A bad storm hit Lenoir City today and a tornado or microburst sucked my garage door almost off the house trapping my husband’s car inside. I call Precision Garage Door Company and they were in my driveway in less than 40 minutes! The Technician did an amazing job getting my door back & working temporarily until the new door comes in! Great service. Technician called with plenty of notice when he would be there. Very professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be repaired and estimate before did any work. Only complaint called on Saturday because door wouldn't close, and didn't get a technician until Monday.

Precision tech - Derek - did an excellent job, he replaced the door opener and pointed out the bearings and cable were worn and would need replacing soon. He replace these bearing and cables as well. Friendly and a very good personality . Great Job

Derek was excellent. If there were ten stars he would have received them! He was great went over everything explaining what should be replaced. While replacing the parts needed to be replaced he noticed something near the track that was catching and door panels and removed it and explained to me that he removed. Which probably saved me from having to replace a panel on my door down the road! Thank you

I cannot speak highly enough for Patrick, my technician!! I called just to get my bottom seal replaced after not being able to remove the old one, and I was extremely pleased how little it was going to cost! Patrick was surprised I have never had my door serviced after 23 years and it has been making a lot of terrible sounds. So he replaced the drum and cables, large spring, all the wheels and bottom seal for a very reasonable price ?? Precision builds in time for every appointment and carries most supplies with them so they are able to make the repairs then and there instead of having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend Precision to you, you will not be disappointed!! Patrick was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable????

This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service because they know what they are doing professionally. Our service person, Preston, was very professional and had great knowledge of what he was doing. I will continue to use them whenever I need my garage door worked on. I've always believed that you need to use the professionals to get the job done right the first time even if it costs a little more but they are fair with their pricing.
