I called due to problems with my garage door and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Michael was my service tech. He did a wonderful job of fixing all problems and in a timely matter. Repeat Customer here! We had Precision install one of our two garage door openers just over a year ago when it quit working. This year, we had similar issue with current opener, and Michael was quick and efficient in getting a new one installed. He offered us the option of repairing the current one, but we decided it's life expectancy wasn't long so went ahead and got the new one. It is so much quieter, I'm glad we made that decision. I don't think you will be disappointed in their service!

Called early morning and was scheduled an appt. for that day. The tech called before arriving, just as I had been told, and was even 15 minutes early. He waved as he drove up the driveway and our dog greeted him. He told us that he was Michael H. Great personality from the beginning and thru the entire process. He complimented our easy accessible and clean garage. Michael explained what all needed to be done for the repair ( I had crashed into the garage door the day before ) and gave us a complete price quote. He went right to work and did what we consider to be an Excellent job! His knowledge and skill was quite evident. We would be glad to recommend Michael to anyone needing garage door work! Great Technician!!

I had a garage door that needed repair. Precision Door was able to get a technician out that day to repair the door. Michael H. was the technician, and he was very professional. He recommended replacing the garage door opener because he saw signs of wear and tear, and that it could fail in the near future. So, I had him to replace it. After the repairs and new garage door opener installation the door functions great. I am very pleased with the work performed. I was impressed in how fast he got the job completed.
