This was our second time to to call Precision. It was not an emergency, and they were able to come out the next day. Josh arrived on schedule and had the issue diagnosed in about two minutes. After it was fixed he showed us the simple fix should it happen again. he was so polite and knowledgeable. Precesion is number one on our garage door needs.

Homes require continuous upkeep. When my garage door was making strange noises, I called Precision Garage Doors. Derek came out that same day. He found a worn (with metal filings) opener. He replaced the 20 year old opener and all accessories. He was professional and knowledgeable. The door is much quieter and performs much better. Great job!

Called Precision around 11:00 am. Justin called me within 15 minutes and arrived around 11:45. He assessed the problem. He told me what was needed to do the job right and not a patch job. He was done and left by 1:00pm. Great job and it works and sounds like a new door!!!
