Patrick came out the day I called for a broken spring and fixed my garage door. It is both quieter than before and seals better than before the repair. I would recommend them to anyone and the cost was lower than I expected.

I am very impressed. Tommy gave us an estimate for two new garage doors and the whole package deal. We paid exactly what he estimated and he was very informative and professional, did not pay any extra. Took three weeks for the doors to come in then doors were installed by Jon and Adam. It took about three hours to install. Then the guys explained how everything worked and answered all of our questions with ease. It was a great experience! I highly recommend Precision Garage doors if you are looking for great looking garage doors and peace of mind for getting a job done right and at the price they said it was going to be.

Thank you for such excellent service! Precision did a repair on my aging system 4 years ago. The primary spring finally broke a couple of days ago (it's a 20 year old opener). I called yesterday and Michael Hall came over this morning and installed a new system after discussing a couple of options. And he did so in only a couple of hours! I'm impressed with the service and the price. Everyone I've interacted with at Precision have been professional, polite, friendly, and courteous. Great business!

Justin was on time and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be fixed for our garage door and explained why the fixes were important. Everything needed to fix our garage door was in stock on the truck and it only took an hour to fix! We are so excited for our garage door to be functioning again and are so happy we used precision! Thank Derek! Same day service is true! He was here within an hour of me calling when our Spring on our garage door broke! A little more than what we expected but glad he found the dangerous situation that was causing it so we agreed to the extra repairs because safety for us and our kid’s come first! He was in and out with all the repairs only taking a little over an hour like he said it would be!

The service I received from Precision garage door service was exceptional in so many ways!! A spring on our garage broke, causing the door to essentially lock in the down position. My wife and I found ourselves in an emergency situation, unable to get either of our vehicles out of the garage, and to top it off, it was a Saturday morning going into a 3 day holiday. I really didn’t think I could get anyone to come out until well into the following week, leaving us in a real tough position. Then I contacted Precision garage service. My initial contact was through chat, on-line, where I spoke with Cameron. After explaining my situation, he set me up with an appointment for the next day between 8 to 11 AM! I contacted a few other services, and none could help as fast as Precision did. The next day, as promised, Chris from Precision called at 7:45 AM to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he did a very thorough inspection of our garage door, giving me a number of possible options. Chris was very friendly and professional. Once we agreed on the work, he got to it and finished replacing the broken springs, installed new rollers, new cables, inspected the opener, and insured everything was in operable condition, all within and hour!! The work was done professionally and expertly! Our 18 year old garage is like brand new now. And it was all done on a Sunday morning of a major holiday. I was extremely impressed!! I highly recommend Precision garage service for all your garage door needs, especially if you have an emergency like I did. Chris was an awesome technician who really knew his stuff! Don’t call anyone else if you need garage work. Leave it Precision. You’ll be very glad you did.

I called to have my garage door looked at since I was unable to close it when I was going to church. I called at 12:30 to get an appointment and a technician was here at 1:15. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He put in new springs, bearings, and rollers. It works much better and is much quieter. Everyone was great. Karen

The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my opener quickly but sadly I could not afford the price he quoted for a replacement. I will have to settle for waiting or a cheaper brand. But I happily paid for the service call and his advice.

Tech came the day I called and was on time. He was able to find the problem almost immediately and had the equipment including a new devise to fix it. He gave me an estimated time frame to have it fixed and it was. He took the time to explain each component and how to work it. have always used Precision in the past. They do great repair work. I was told that it was the alignment of the lens to lens as he checked everything else out. He noted that the problem should be solved, but if not to give a call. I banking on it being totally solved
