I heard ads for Precision Garage for years and I noticed one of your stickers on my garage door. I called and was told you once serviced my garage door 15 years ago before I bought the home. It still works fine but looks very worn around the rubber seals so I wanted to get those replaced. I talked to Patrick on the phone and sent him pictures of what I was talking about. He ordered the parts and 2 weeks later, Matt installed it. Matt was very nice, professional and got right to work. In no time at all, I had a new beautiful rubber seal around the bottom of my garage door. Now it looks brand new. I will be calling Precision the next time I need garage door repairs. Thank you so much.

1. The technician left a large dark grease stain(from his gloves) on my wall next to the indoor opener. There was no effort on his part to clean the area after his work. 2. The technician left a small pile of metal pieces on the floor below where he was drilling/grinding on the door system above. There was no effort on his part to clean this area. The technician made no effort to clean any of the areas after completing the work. HE, AND YOUR COMPANY USED POOR WORKMANSHIP ON THIS JOB! I will not forget it and will gladly relay my findings to any and all my friends who inquire about my experience.

Seldom have I had a technician provide such useful information when dealing with a disfunctional mechanical device.
