I am so pleased with Precision garage door company. I could not open my garage door and needed to leave the house. Holiday weekend and they worked me into the schedule and repaired my garage door with new parts. Everyone was so professional and I will definitely call them whenever I have a need for service or replacement.

excellent customer service was able to get a repairman in 30 min he was already in the drive way . he introduced himself and asked me what i needed help with i told him my main door spring broke he then inspected my garage door for any type of damage .which i thought was a great touch to the service the company provides .After his inspection he said ill fix you right up we will have your door working in about an 1hr and 30min .he went to work & the door was working in the time he said it would .he repaired in less time really .He is an expert who is very knowledgeable in his trade his attitude is great and he explains everything to you where you can understand it. thank you for your excellent workmanship and the super quick response. even waved the service fee along with a veterans discount. great company and the employees make it great to do business with thank you .again for everything . I will call for your services again

This was one of the best experiences I've had with professional services. I've had a flood of issues and have been calling services all week trying to get quotes and service and it's been a trial. After a couple of not so promising calls I connected with Precision and it's THE BEST experience I've had all week. I was expecting an outrageous price and a week or more wait, which is what I've been dealing with for weeks now to get help on projects, 180 degrees in the opposite direction. Very helpful and clear on the phone, and offered to have someone come out THAT DAY, on a FRIDAY. I couldn't believe it but quickly said YES and it's the best decision that I made this week. Justin was great, the install was done very quickly and even though this was not a product I purchased from Precision Justin went through all the details of operation and gave me very helpful advice. Excellent service, thank you so much!!!

Josh was a nice guy. He did a great quick job. He replaced everything to do with raising and lowering the door including springs. He was there and gone in less than 2 hours. $848 is a lot of money and I didn’t check around to compare prices. I still feel good about my decision using Precision. Thanks.

Repeat Customer here! We had Precision install one of our two garage door openers just over a year ago when it quit working. This year, we had similar issue with current opener, and Michael was quick and efficient in getting a new one installed. He offered us the option of repairing the current one, but we decided it's life expectancy wasn't long so went ahead and got the new one. It is so much quieter, I'm glad we made that decision. I don't think you will be disappointed in their service!

Called early morning and was scheduled an appt. for that day. The tech called before arriving, just as I had been told, and was even 15 minutes early. He waved as he drove up the driveway and our dog greeted him. He told us that he was Michael H. Great personality from the beginning and thru the entire process. He complimented our easy accessible and clean garage. Michael explained what all needed to be done for the repair ( I had crashed into the garage door the day before ) and gave us a complete price quote. He went right to work and did what we consider to be an Excellent job! His knowledge and skill was quite evident. We would be glad to recommend Michael to anyone needing garage door work! Great Technician!!

I called Precision to perform preventative maintenance on my garage door because it was sticking a little bit. I found a $95 coupon for a “Garage door tuneup”. I thought this was a very fair price. I showed the coupon to the mechanic, and he said he had never seen that coupon and wouldn’t take it. I asked him why, and he replied it wouldn’t cost the much. I was only charged $49.50, which for a house call for anything is unbelievably cheap. I have used Precision in the past and they have always been fair, honest, and dependable.
