I would give it a 10 star if I could ! I called and they showed up within an hour , diagnosed within 5 minutes and then had a couple of different solutions to choose from and had the work finished in about an hour ! Derek Haynie was our technician and he was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job fixing our garage door ! Thank you guys for the excellent service !

Precision Door Service was amazing. My brilliant husband tore up our garage door when he got a broom stuck in it which bent it all out of place. My husband then proceeded to try and fix it by doing more damage (wives you know how that is); however, we called Precision Door Service on the fourth of July, and they came right out and fixed it as good as new in just a few minutes. If it weren't for Precision Door Service, we wouldn't have been able to get the garage door open at all which meant that we couldn't get our grill out of the garage, and we were signed up to grill hamburgers for our entire neighborhood for a fourth of July celebration. Thanks Precision Door Service for saving the day and the holiday.

From the moment I called and after the tech was completed I couldn’t say I could be more impressed! The tech was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and provided a game plan to get my garage door back to where it should be! Not to mention they came out the same day within 4 hours and had it all fixed the same day! Great experience! If you’re looking for a garage door company quit scrolling and give them a call!!! The dispatcher was very courteous, professional, and clear with what to expect. She checked my availability and scheduled a tech right away. My tech, Josh, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was done in less than an hour converting my Torquemaster set to Standard Torsion and made sure everything worked well. When my garage door would not open my daughter made the arrangement with your company to check out the problem. Of course the problem would happen on a weekend day. Derek was very nice and knowledgeable he told me of two different ways I could go parts for one year or parts for 5 years and we choose the 5 years because he explained the difference very clearly, again you have a great experience employee. Justin arrived on time and repaired identified problem. While testing repair another problem was discovered and since the operating system was old I made the decision to replace the original system. New system was installed and programmed to respond to my vehicle’s transmitter. Very pleased with the results.

Came home Friday night and closed garage door and heard a boom! Called Precision at 7:30 PM and scheduled a Saturday service call. Unbelievable I received service the next day. Had a car trapped in the garage and door would not open. Technician came out , did a quick assessment and quoted me a price ( very reasonable). Door fixed Saturday afternoon. I am blown away by the quick response! Thank you Precision! Tech was awesome!

It’s been a long time since I received such a absolute fantastic experience with a service company. The phone receptionist and actual service person were really helpful and very respectful which is very rare these days!
