I think the repair was expensive but i had no choice. Either replace a rusty spring or risk possible injury or more expense at a later date. The repair man did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish he could have had the weather stripping on his truck to finish the repair but I will do that myself at a later date. Suggestion to the company: start carrying the weather strips.

Over the weekend, my garage door torsion spring snapped leaving my vehicle inside with no way to get out. After delayed by a local competitor, my wife suggested Precision Door. Our garage door was acting weird not closing right, noisy and was afraid it was going to fall off the track. I called on a Saturday to get an appointment was able to talk to someone. We got an appointment on Wednesday (my choice). Duncan came out checked the door out called the DH explained everything and we got a new opener, wheels, openers, and many other pieces and parts.
