I've seen your commercials on the local TV station. Called and Sierra handled my request. She did a fine job of answering all my questions and getting me an appointment the same day. Yep, the same day. Hard to believe that is even still possible. Specially since I do not even live in Knoxville. Tyler was the technician that came out, one hour from my call. One hour. Again amazing. He explained why I was having issues with my garage door. He made recommendations. And I gave him the ok to proceed. The work went great. The cleanup was great. The door now works great. What else can I say? A great experience from beginning to end. Again, Hard to believe in today's world. But, true. I highly recommend Precision. Ask for Tyler to come out. You won't be disappointed.

James W arrived within 45 minutes of my call to Precision Doors, which was at 5:15pm. James quickly assessed the issue and had the springs, bearings, and end plates replaced in no time. James was very professional and courteous. This is the second time using Precision Doors and always received excellent service.

I called to get service when my garage door would no longer open more than a third of the way. My neighborhood provided feedback saying that Precision had fixed several garage door springs in the $300 range. With builder garage doors that are all the same I expected the same price range. When the technician showed up, he quoted me a price of $1100! After a lot of back and forth with him and the office (who quoted me $360) I found out that the reason for the price increase is because the garage door manufacturer works with Precision's competitor. Because of this, Precision can't buy the parts needed to repair so they "recommend" to replace the entire thing. It felt a little untruthful. When I couldn't cover the unexpected cost, the repairman took off and that was that. No service, and I'm disappointed and left wondering how Precision fixed the other garage doors in my neighborhood for $300?

I had problems with my garage door opening. I made an appointment on line with Precision. A representative arrived as scheduled, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He went over the entire door explaining what he was checking and his findings. He gave me a couple of options along with prices. I chose to have the work done which was completed within an acceptable amount of time. I would use them again if needed. Precision Garage Door Service provides quality service, I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door servicing.

Very impressed...starting with the Sunday afternoon call when the garage door was hanging "a-kilter"... Called the Precision number, full well expecting to talk to a "machine", or having to leave a callback number--but impressed when a nice woman answered the call and proceeded to set up a service call for the very next day, first thing in the morning! Service technician James W. showed up exactly on time, and within the an hour the door was completely restored to "like new" condition! Five Stars for James W.!

Our service Precision tech was James. He called to let us know he was available earlier than our scheduled time if we wanted him to come then and so our story begins. He arrived almost immediately and was pleasant, polite, and his appearance showed he cared. We told him what we thought, and he smiled and told us what he knew it was within minutes. We had Preston come to our house to look at our garage door and we couldn't have been more pleased. Preston introduced himself to us and was very polite and very thorough. He showed us all the mechanical parts on our door and explained the difference between what we had and what Precision had. We were amazed at the difference. We had Preston remove our springs and other mechanical parts and install Precisions parts. Our garage door opens and closes so smooth and so quietly now, we are amazed at the difference. The appointment was between 12 - 2 pm. The technician arrived late. He called on his way stating he was delayed by an emergency. Made some minor adjustments to the door which took less than 15 minutes. Upon receiving the invoice, it says a charged a shop fee was applied. It was explained to me as a service call charge. The technician was very pleasant and polite but he was later than promised. Albeit he did call at 1:45pm or so stating he would be there after 2pm.

Price ended up being higher than quoted over than phone as tech found additional things wrong, but overall service was excellent and tech was extremely nice and efficient and cleaned everything up when finished. I would defiantly recommend this company.

We have had good experiences with Precision previously, so called again regarding a new home to do inspection, maintenance and install key pads. Called at 3:00 and Tyler was there at 4:00!! He was informative, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He welcomed me to hang out as he worked and he explained it all very well. I have already referred Precision and Tyler to a neighbor!
