The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my opener quickly but sadly I could not afford the price he quoted for a replacement. I will have to settle for waiting or a cheaper brand. But I happily paid for the service call and his advice.

Tech came the day I called and was on time. He was able to find the problem almost immediately and had the equipment including a new devise to fix it. He gave me an estimated time frame to have it fixed and it was. He took the time to explain each component and how to work it. I am very pleased with the service I received and will certainly recommend the company to family and friends.

Dealing with your company was a real pleasure. Your scheduler was quick to schedule a technician the same day. Your technician, Josh C., called to let me know he was on his way and showed up for the repair ahead of schedule. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. have always used Precision in the past. They do great repair work. I was told that it was the alignment of the lens to lens as he checked everything else out. He noted that the problem should be solved, but if not to give a call. I banking on it being totally solved

My garage door would not open and needed real help. Patrick came within a few hours of my call. I needed springs, rollers, cables, and outside flashing. He was professional and explained all that was needed, why it was needed, and made sure I was OK with the pricing. He completed the job quickly and gave me tips on future maintenance! It is obviously a well run company. The initial contact person answered all my initial questions and was polite and professional. Rare in customer service these days! I had used your service a few years ago when a torsion spring broke and was very satisfied then so naturally I called again when i had a problem with the cables jumping off the pulleys and the door was stuck in the open position. Your service man was great and identified the problem within a minute. I would not have guessed in a million years what caused the problem; a snake was wrapped around the pulley! The amazing thing was that the service man said this wasn't the first time he had encountered this problem. You guys should add snake removal to your list of services!

Professional service. Actually called to move up installation time if ok with us. Absolutely. Explained all the details and answered any questions I had. Gave us a reasonable price below other companies. Work was completed in the time frame they told us. Garage door works great. Additional rubber trim on bottom of door completely closes off the space our previous door left open. No worries about rain or critters now. .

I have called upon Precision on two different occasions. In each case the service person was there in less than 24 hours, the person called to confirm an arrival time on the day of service, and all work was completed quickly and satisfactorily. The prices for services are very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Precision Door Service was EXCEPTIONAL. When they couldn't provide service when I called late in the evening about a broken door spring, they had an individual, Justin at my door the next morning at 7:30 AM. He was awesome. He completed his instillation of the new spring, added a pully rod and door strip. Project completed within the hour he quoted.
