Our service Precision tech was James. He called to let us know he was available earlier than our scheduled time if we wanted him to come then and so our story begins. He arrived almost immediately and was pleasant, polite, and his appearance showed he cared. We told him what we thought, and he smiled and told us what he knew it was within minutes. James then showed us and explained in easy-to-understand language what our problem was and how to fix it. He gave us options, then suggestions with cost to repair or replace. No pressure just honest this or that, our decision. We sure appreciated him.

Chris P, was super, very fast worker. We had a broken main spring, so he start off to correct that and new rollers on present door. We than decided to replace are garage door opener. Very happy with Chris P. work. You should be proud to have him as a employee.

We had Preston come to our house to look at our garage door and we couldn't have been more pleased. Preston introduced himself to us and was very polite and very thorough. He showed us all the mechanical parts on our door and explained the difference between what we had and what Precision had. We were amazed at the difference. We had Preston remove our springs and other mechanical parts and install Precisions parts. Our garage door opens and closes so smooth and so quietly now, we are amazed at the difference. We are very happy with Preston's work and Precision. We recommend Precision to anyone interested in garage door repair or replacement.

The appointment was between 12 - 2 pm. The technician arrived late. He called on his way stating he was delayed by an emergency. Made some minor adjustments to the door which took less than 15 minutes. Upon receiving the invoice, it says a charged a shop fee was applied. It was explained to me as a service call charge. The technician was very pleasant and polite but he was later than promised. Albeit he did call at 1:45pm or so stating he would be there after 2pm.

Price ended up being higher than quoted over than phone as tech found additional things wrong, but overall service was excellent and tech was extremely nice and efficient and cleaned everything up when finished. I would defiantly recommend this company.

We have had good experiences with Precision previously, so called again regarding a new home to do inspection, maintenance and install key pads. Called at 3:00 and Tyler was there at 4:00!! He was informative, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He welcomed me to hang out as he worked and he explained it all very well. I have already referred Precision and Tyler to a neighbor!

Chris came to the house to repair my garage door as it was sagging and not closing properly. He fixed it and I am very satisfied. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately and then did a great job with the repair and was out of here in an hour and a half. Very rapid response to my call. It took two trips because initial diagnosis was wrong (but no extra charge for second trip). A new head unit was required but fortunately the old one was covered under warranty. The tecnician (P. Christoph) said he had never seen this type of failure before. Great service and I will call them again when the need arises.

I called Precision to repair a garage door track that we hit with our car mirror. The service tech called me within minutes of my call to them. He said he could be on site in 20 minutes, and arrived almost to the minute. After giving me the estimate, he said the work could be done in about half an hour…and it was! I was shocked at how fast the tech got this done. This repair needed new parts, and was something that probably would have taken me hours, including sourcing the new part, getting it, installing it, etc. This was a job for a specialist, and Precision came through. Job well done, and money well spent.

Very impressed...starting with the Sunday afternoon call when the garage door was hanging "a-kilter"... Called the Precision number, full well expecting to talk to a "machine", or having to leave a callback number--but impressed when a nice woman answered the call and proceeded to set up a service call for the very next day, first thing in the morning! Service technician James W. showed up exactly on time, and within the an hour the door was completely restored to "like new" condition! Five Stars for James W.!
