My appointment was scheduled for the next day, which was much sooner than I expected. The technician fixed my garage door (replacing the control panel) and reprogrammed my remote and car link. Called Precision around 145pm as roller had sheared off from door and needed door repair. All three doors actually were older and I knew needed service so I took the opportunity to not only fix one but also adjust other two. I was told they could have someone here between 2-4 pm and sure enough Thomas arrived at 3pm having called me while on his way with estimated ETA. Thomas is very professional and courteous and easy to work with. He was able to not only repair the inoperable door but also advise on some other adjustments to improve functionality of all doors which I gladly appreciated. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend Precision.

I had a big problem with my garage door on Saturday. Was so surprised to actually get a person to listen and schedule a service call between 12:00 and 2:00. Patrick Stockton called around noon and said he was in West Knoxville and it would take about an hour to reach me. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issues, explained what needed to be done, gave me the quote, I gave the go ahead and he got the job done. He was very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend!!

We called on a football Saturday afternoon and the technician was here in under an hour. Chris was very courteous, professional and informative. He installed a new Genie 2128, installed a new exterior key pad, installed a new opener/closer on the wall, calibrated everything, made sure the new opener worked in my car, checked to make sure the other garage door was in good working order, oiled the tracks and rollers an cleaned up after himself and was gone in under 2 hours. We had used Precision in 2016 and were very pleased so we called them again. They met our expectations once again.

The Service man came borrowed my car opener to use to open my husband's car and when they were finihed the service man gave me my door opener back. My husband's car opens and shuts everything great. My Service Professional Name is Tyler Combs. He was Extremely Professional, Friendly and Prompt. After describing my problem to him he immedately knew what the cause and problem was and he repaired it. He also inspected my door and components for safety, and proper operations, then he lube my door. He also showed me how I could remendy this problem if it should happened again, as he informed me that a power failure cause this problem and it could happen again. We needed a new box on the ceiling of the garage. The old one blew. I called on a Monday, and Precision scheduled us for the very next morning. James showed up on time. On Tuesday September 24 a thunderstorm in our area caused a power outage which rendered our garage door opener inoperable. We had used Precision Garage Door Service in the past with excellent results so I called them again. The friendly woman who answered the phone walked me through doing a reset, but it was not successful so we determined that a technician would need to come and take a look. Tyler came at the agreed upon time on Thursday September 26 and checked out the system and delivered the verdict that we needed a new system installed. This was not surprising since our system was 15 years old and had been through a lot of power outages. Tyler was knowledgeable, professional, and personable and had everything in his truck that was needed to quickly and professionally install the new system, including a new door-side open/close button, an outside keypad, 2 remote controls, AND he even programmed the home link in my car for me. This issue was the second time I used Precision Door. I was so impressed after fixing the first garage door opener, it was a slam dunk that they would be called for the second door. Both garage door openers were about 24 years old, so I decided to replace the first. Then some 6 months later, the torsion spring broke. So I replaced the spring and opener. I am very satisfied.

My garage door quit working and I called Precision Garage Doors late in the afternoon on a Thursday fully expecting to get a computer but was very excited when a person answered the phone. I told the very sweet lady that answered the phone my problem and she was able to get a technician out the very next morning. The technician was James W and he called and said he could come a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. Once he got here he assessed the repairs needed and was very professional. I was surprised when he said he could make the repairs right then. A couple of hours later my garage door was repaired and worked better than it had ever worked!!! I will tell everyone I know what an excellent company Precision is!
