Service was extremely good. They came out within 1 hour and fixed everything in 30 minutes. The only problem I have is the over charging of parts. Payed 300$ for 10 garage rollers and they kept my old ones. That is just not good business, I understand people have to make money, but come on, $300for 10 rollers? Then there was a $25 shop fee??? And $49.95 Service call fee, and a $270 reset the garage fee. I really do appreciate the excellent service, but I think those charges other than the reset fee and the service call fee , make me wish I had called someone else.

Got home last night to find garage door not functional . Called Precision around 1230 this afternoon and Derek arrived about 2pm and had it fixed and running like new by 330. That was fast. Much more quiet as well. Was friendly and and accommodating with pets as well. Thanks!

Very happy with the service from Precision. I was expecting to wait several days to get my garage door fixed. I was contacted by Preston within thirty minutes of my initial call. Preston was very courteous and professional. He look over the whole door not just the broken spring. He suggested replacing all the moving parts that make the door go up and down. He quoted a price and showed me what I would be billed for. I agreed to the quote and he had my door fixed in less than an hour. I will recommend Precision to anyone I know that has a garage door problem.

We planned to go to church on Sunday morn ing but the garage door would not open. A torsion spring had broken during the night. The door was too heavy to lift manually and there was no way to get the car out of the garage. I called Precision around 9:00 a.m. and they had a technician at my home shortly after noon! He replaced springs, cables, and performed routine maintenance on the opener. He was very professional had the door working like new in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for all residential garage door needs.

Called Precision Garage Door Service mid-afternoon because garage door cable was out of track, preventing closure. Technician arrived to inspect and repair/replace the whole 20-year-old system. Preston was great. He was right on time and was very professional. He explained everything I needed regarding new door openers and how to make my garage doors operate more efficiently. He did the installation of both new door openers and put new rollers on both doors and cleaned both doors . The doors also now open much quieter than they did before. As luck would have it, the garage door spring broke on Sunday morning, leaving my truck stuck in the garage. Not knowing who I could call on a Sunday I googled for garage door repair, and Precision Doors came up, and they were in my area, as well as Sunday service. After a quick chat online, I was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon. The tech arrived close to the scheduled time and quickly evaluated the solution to repair my door. He quoted the cost and what was included, which I agreed to, and he went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. It was a job well done, and I do recommend this company for quality and customer service.

I heard ads for Precision Garage for years and I noticed one of your stickers on my garage door. I called and was told you once serviced my garage door 15 years ago before I bought the home. It still works fine but looks very worn around the rubber seals so I wanted to get those replaced. I talked to Patrick on the phone and sent him pictures of what I was talking about. He ordered the parts and 2 weeks later, Matt installed it. Matt was very nice, professional and got right to work. In no time at all, I had a new beautiful rubber seal around the bottom of my garage door. Now it looks brand new. I will be calling Precision the next time I need garage door repairs.
