Derek arrived on time, and was very personable. He knew about his product, and was able to help to get the electronic garage door opener installed at that time. He had all the equipment he needed with him, on the truck. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He went over everything with us before he left, including how the new opener worked, the panel on the outside of the garage, etc. The price he gave us was very good, compared to other prices we inquired about from different companies. We would definitely recommend Precision Door Company to anyone who is looking for help with their garage door.

Came home from running errands and pressed the button to open the garage door and nothing. Went through the house to open manually and it was to heavy to open. Called Precision Garage Doors at around 12:00 and Josh was here within 40 minutes. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about what was going on! Great service. Justin was here on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and provided an estimate within minutes. Performed the repairs on the spot. Very knowledgeable on my type of doors and they are better than new now. Seems the builder left some critical parts off to save time and money. Justin spotted it right off. Precision was chosen because I had such excellent service from them at my last house. Now, new residence, but old garage door motor at this abode. It was sporadically working. I called Precision and someone came almost immediately and that someone was very special. He examined the motor, door and everything connected. WOW, who does that any more? He gave me a cost estimate and it was very near the last door motor I purchased perhaps three years ago. WOW, that doesn't happen anymore either. At 78, I'm taking my time deciding what to do next. (Everything takes longer at this age.) If I decide to buy a new motor, I will DEFINITELY buy from Precision. I will also request Mat do the installation. I'm telling you, he was such a nice young man.

A+++++ Service!! I originally thought I needed to replace an 18 year old garage door opener and the door itself which would have run into quite a lot of money. The person who came out to give me a quote thought I would be better off having some repairs made. Within an hour after the salesman left, a technician was at my house and repairs were made in about 45 minutes at a much lower cost than a replacement. I would highly recommend this company.

Think s is our first time using Precision but it won’t be the last! Garage motor and chain decided it had enough and broke. So we called Precision @ 3:05pm and Derek and Matt arrived by 4:15pm.
