My garage door broke on a Saturday night . I was not able to repair it by myself so I ended up crossing my fingers and called a company to see if they could help me the following Monday about 10:30 am . I had decided to try Precision Garage Door Service of Knoxville because of the reviews and a recommendation from a friend . Am I glad I did ! From the phone call until the job was finished , it was a wonderful experience . The lady told me what would take place , and that's what happened . The young man that came out was very , very good at his job . I enjoyed watching someone work when they know what their doing . Needless to say who I will call next time I need my garage doors repaired or who I will recommend to anyone else . Again , a special THANK YOU to Derek Haynie for doing a good job and everyone else that helped me .

I was extremely pleased with the new garage door opener and hardware installed. My 19 yr old opener died yesterday. I called Precision just after 1:00pm and by 3:15pm I had a brand new Genie opener installed. The opener is super quiet, the outside keypad is great and all the hardware is new and working properly. Josh was terrific, friendly, professional and very efficient and fast. I called Precision based on reviews, but even more because I have seen their trucks in my neighborhood several times this year. I wish all companies were this dedicated to pleasing their customers. Great job Chuck and the team!

Patrick did an excellent job on our garage door. We had initially called because of a broken spring. Our door is over 30 years old and he pointed out several things that would help its operation and longevity. The door is now operating smoothly and quietly.

We had a broken spring on our garage door. My husband went out to leave for work and the door would not go up. He noticed the right spring was broken. I had been seeing the Precision commercials and I called Precision at about 10am. The lady answering the phone was so polite and helpful and told me they could be out between 5pm and 7pm. This was a Saturday and the same day! Justin called to say he actually could be to our house around 2:30pm. Justin arrived and he was awsome. He assessed our door and found several more issues so we opted for the overhaul. Justin was very courteous and answered my thousand questions with enthusiasm. He was very efficient, kept everything clean as he worked, and explained everything. He completed the entire job with precision! Thank you to Justin and the Precision staff. We are so happy and appreciate their prompt professional service.

I would give it a 10 star if I could ! I called and they showed up within an hour , diagnosed within 5 minutes and then had a couple of different solutions to choose from and had the work finished in about an hour ! Derek Haynie was our technician and he was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job fixing our garage door ! Thank you guys for the excellent service !

Precision Door Service was amazing. My brilliant husband tore up our garage door when he got a broom stuck in it which bent it all out of place. My husband then proceeded to try and fix it by doing more damage (wives you know how that is); however, we called Precision Door Service on the fourth of July, and they came right out and fixed it as good as new in just a few minutes. If it weren't for Precision Door Service, we wouldn't have been able to get the garage door open at all which meant that we couldn't get our grill out of the garage, and we were signed up to grill hamburgers for our entire neighborhood for a fourth of July celebration. Thanks Precision Door Service for saving the day and the holiday.

From the moment I called and after the tech was completed I couldn’t say I could be more impressed! The tech was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and provided a game plan to get my garage door back to where it should be! The dispatcher was very courteous, professional, and clear with what to expect. She checked my availability and scheduled a tech right away. I am a 85 year old widow and I have to depend on others when things go wrong in my house. When my garage door would not open my daughter made the arrangement with your company to check out the problem. Of course the problem would happen on a weekend day.
