He was friendly, professional, and solved the problem in just a few minutes. He also suggested a future problem to keep an eye out for but was not insistent to fix immediately. After the repair I was extremely shocked at what I was charged for 1 spring and 1 set of cables. 450.00 for that seems really high. I could have ordered and installed my self for way less, and I am well versed in on this type of repair. Extremely dissatisfied and for futher work will check out other companies

I worked with Thomas, who was very polite and professional. I sent him a follow-up email asking when do I schedule the service call, and sent it to two other addresses as well: sales@ and service@ but they all bounced back. You do not make it easy to communicate - please provide some form of email address.

GREAT SERVICE all around. I don't often write reviews, but this is an exception. Yesterday morning I found that my garage door opener would not lift the door more than about 15 inches. Looking for the problem we noticed that one of the garage door torsion springs had broken. I can do most home repairs myself, but this required specialized tools to replace the spring. Checked the internet for local garage door repair options in the LaFollette, TN area and found Precision Garage Door Service as a local option. Called them at about 9:30 am and spoke to Sierra. She was incredibly helpful and gave me good answers to my questions. We scheduled the service and set up the appointment for the same day at 1 to 3 pm. She gave me an estimate on the phone based on spring replacement only and said the technician would check for any other needs. I received a follow up e-mail within a half hour. Derek called be when he was on his way and showed up on time. After checking the door, he gave me some options for additional work that could be done if I wanted it. I declined the additional work and Derek immediately went to work changing out the springs. The whole spring replacement job only took about 45 minutes and was done very efficiently. The door now opens and closes better than it did before. Sierra and Derek were great to work with and are the best representatives for Precision Garage Door that could be asked for. Thanks for a job well done!!! :)
