Patrick from Precision Garage Door was professional. He explained what was wrong with the garage door and how it could be repaired. Took him about 45 minutes to complete the job. He waived the $50 trip fee since I had it repaired. New parts are much better than the old. Would and will use Precision again when the time comes. Great company.

Justin came to check my garage opener that was 52 years old and the circuit board was burnt up the belt was in shreds and I had a broke spring. After talking with Justin we decided best to put a new opener and springs and everything else that goes with. Precision tech - Derek - did an excellent job, he replaced the door opener and pointed out the bearings and cable were worn and would need replacing soon. He replace these bearing and cables as well. Friendly and a very good personality . Great Job

Derek was excellent. If there were ten stars he would have received them! He was great went over everything explaining what should be replaced. While replacing the parts needed to be replaced he noticed something near the track that was catching and door panels and removed it and explained to me that he removed. Which probably saved me from having to replace a panel on my door down the road! Thank you

I cannot speak highly enough for Patrick, my technician!! I called just to get my bottom seal replaced after not being able to remove the old one, and I was extremely pleased how little it was going to cost! Patrick was surprised I have never had my door serviced after 23 years and it has been making a lot of terrible sounds. So he replaced the drum and cables, large spring, all the wheels and bottom seal for a very reasonable price ?? Precision builds in time for every appointment and carries most supplies with them so they are able to make the repairs then and there instead of having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend Precision to you, you will not be disappointed!! Patrick was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable????
