I had issues with my garage door on a Saturday. I went on line and found Precision Door Service which offered 24/7 service. I was also impressed with their web site. I was told that Patrick would be my technician and the time lines that he would be at my house. Patrick showed up on time as promised and gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. I found Patrick to be very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a price on rebuilding the door which he could do while he was there. I asked Patrick to give a price on replacing the door and the opener and since I had issues with my door and opener before, so I decided to replace the door and opener. Patrick made a call to his office and made arrangements to have the work done on Monday. And as promised Charles and Dylan showed up on time as promised and with a courtesy call before arriving. The installation was fast and seamless. Charles showed me where to lubricate my door every 6 months for preventive maintenance. I'm very much pleased with the price as I found to be very competitive. The service was awesome and exceeded my expectation. Precision door is all about Customer Service and Professionalism. I give them a 5 star and will recommend to my family and friends.

Being 2 days to Christmas Eve, I appreciate same day service. Patrick was quick and professional. He showed me the other items that needed servicing, but this unexpected expense at Christmas kept me from authorizing those. At least now I know they will need to be dealt with later. One warning: When I asked for a quote on the phone, I was given a price. It was comparable, so I didn't call elsewhere. When the tech told me the price, it was $75 more. On the phone she didn't give me the total with the service charge. Make sure you get the total price before agreeing to the appointment. Saves conflict later.

The young lady that took my service call was very polite as well as very professional. The service man called before he came to let me know he had received my call for help and would be responding within 1/2 hour. Upon his arrival Luis introduced himself and trouble shot the problem. He also discussed with me the available insulation kit and I decided to get it installed. During the time he was here he was the most professional service man I have ever had in my home. He was polite to a fault and very knowledgeable of our system. I look forward to his return visit tomorrow to install the insulation kit.

I chose you guys because I own a motorcycle shop that is located near your location in West Knoxville. I have used Precision before for a spring replacement, and as before I'm very happy with the work. The Tech was quick at diagnosis and equally quick in the repair. No problem with service person Luis. --- Very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The problem I had was the lady taking my info did not listen to the problem that needed attention and sent the repairman out and Precision does not repair the type of system that I have and she was told specifically the type and style of door opener that I had.--- Wasted time for me and wasted time for Precision and Luis the tech. Now I need to call someone else and wait again for service!!! I am not real happy at the moment!!!
