Precision Door was able to respond within about 2 hours after the spring on my garage door broke, leaving both of my vehicles stuck inside of the garage. When the garage door slammed down after I pulled in the garage last night, I knew I was in trouble. We could see the spring was broken and the door wouldn't open. I immediately started searching and found Precision 24/7... I called at 7:30pm and Patrick was there before 9pm. He was great. Repaired the door and suggested replacement of a couple other pieces.
