He said first it would be $330.00 and said it would be a $100.00 more to get everything fixed. He only fixed springs and cable. Then it went to $590.00. When I said can you do it cheaper he went to $550.00. That is a lot more than $100.00 something. It took him less than a hour. I feel like I got cheated. I paid more than $230.00 for a 5 year warranty

Our garage door broke a spring and not being new to the area we were not sure who to call. I called three garage door companies, but by far Precision was the most professional on the phone. The ladies that I spoke with were professional and knowledgable. So I booked a tech to come fix our door. They told me he would be there between 10 and 12 that same day. Kyle, the tech called me around 11 and told me he would be there in 20 min. He was! Kyle was OUTSTANDING!! Our experience was so good with Precision we ordered a new door. I needed a reliable firm that would remove an original wooden garage door from my grandparents' home in Maryville and replace it with a new door. From the time I met with the estimator until the complete installation, these guys were great! The old door was extremely heavy, and they removed it, cleaned the space, and installed an efficient, beautiful new door. They even had to do some extra framing because the size wasn't exact, and it looks wonderful. Thanks so much for a great job!!

I had a single spring, double door spring break about an hour after closing door (heard a big bang in garage). I had used PDS several years ago on my mom's door. I got service within the hour of my 6pm call Monday; technician evaluated my 14 yr old door and suggested two spring counterbalance set up along with new rollers and , bearing plates, etc. Although a little pricey, I did get a discount off service call and considering I got emergency service within an hour plus a warranty on work done for 3-5 years, I am hoping that I will go another 14 years without any major door issues. Patrick adjusted door and checked opener operation before leaving; I also appreciate the fact that he answered all my questions and concerns in a professional matter. Thanks for the prompt service.

5 stars Patrick came to inspect our garage doors and gave us three options for improving existing doors or replacing them. He was pleasant, punctual, very informative, and no pressure. We chose replacing our garage doors. Dylan and Charles replaced the doors. They were also very pleasant, punctual, and did an excellent job. I appreciated the professionalism, the ability to read about each service person and view their pictures before they arrived, and their desire to be sure we were pleased with the service. The quote was given the day I inquired about a purchase. I had a little difficulty getting the installation paid for & scheduled. However, they made up for it by actually installing the door the day it was delivered to them. On March 23, 2015, an Amarr Stratford 300 (18 ft) and Linear PDS 800 opener were installed by Charles & Dylan. They removed the existing garage door and drive and installed the new door and drive motor in about 2 1/2 hours. Their work was excellent, and Charles explained the operation and maintenance clearly. They returned on April 2 to install the trim because the improper length was ordered and loaded on their truck for the initial installation. The door is operating very well. The products are obviously engineered for ease of assembly, and the installers are well trained for that purpose. I can not evaluate the long term reliability of the door and opener because of the recent service initiation. However, the door appears to be very well designed and manufactured. It was easy to communicate with the installers. From their information, it appears the Amarr door is superior to competitors' products because of the material and manufacturing design. Precision's expertise and competence will enable me to recommend their services to others.
