WOW!!!! When you find a company with excellent service you should let everyone know. The spring on our garage door broke and the door came crashing down. Called Precision at 8:30am Saturday by 5PM we had new springs and garage door opener. Joe, our tech did an excellent job and was very good explaining the issues and what he had done. A+

Joe was the technician who did the work on the garage door that would not lower. He diagnosed the problems, safety eyes and then rollers that needed to be replaced. He told me the price before some of the work was done. He was courteous and worked efficiently. Top rate all the way around.

Thomas called about 1/2 hour before his arrival and introduced himself. He arrived on time and was very courteous and efficient during the removal of the old Wayne Dalton Torquemaster Plus system and reinstallation of a much better designed and much higher quality spring conversion system . He was very knowledgeable on the products offered by Precision Door Service and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for the quality of service, the quality of their products, and competitive pricing. Additionally, Emily and Miranda in customer service were extremely professional and helpful in scheduling my repair quickly and providing an accurate estimate for the conversion. Five stars! Time managing to get to us during an ice/snow storm was itself impressive, he couldn't make it to the driveway due to the unplowed icy street but made it to the corner and walked in with his tools. He quickly analyzed and fixed the problem. A great relief to us as aside from having two cars trapped in the garage we were carrying our 80 pound dog down the front stairs to allow him to relieve himself as he recently had knee surgery and couldn't do stairs. Much more responsive than Williams Door which told us we had to wait four and a half days for service!
