5 stars Patrick came to inspect our garage doors and gave us three options for improving existing doors or replacing them. He was pleasant, punctual, very informative, and no pressure. We chose replacing our garage doors. Dylan and Charles replaced the doors. They were also very pleasant, punctual, and did an excellent job. I appreciated the professionalism, the ability to read about each service person and view their pictures before they arrived, and their desire to be sure we were pleased with the service. The quote was given the day I inquired about a purchase. I had a little difficulty getting the installation paid for & scheduled. However, they made up for it by actually installing the door the day it was delivered to them. On March 23, 2015, an Amarr Stratford 300 (18 ft) and Linear PDS 800 opener were installed by Charles & Dylan. They removed the existing garage door and drive and installed the new door and drive motor in about 2 1/2 hours. Their work was excellent, and Charles explained the operation and maintenance clearly. They returned on April 2 to install the trim because the improper length was ordered and loaded on their truck for the initial installation. The door is operating very well. The products are obviously engineered for ease of assembly, and the installers are well trained for that purpose. I can not evaluate the long term reliability of the door and opener because of the recent service initiation. However, the door appears to be very well designed and manufactured. It was easy to communicate with the installers. From their information, it appears the Amarr door is superior to competitors' products because of the material and manufacturing design. Precision's expertise and competence will enable me to recommend their services to others.

In the process of preparing a newly-purchased residence for occupancy, I had bought a new garage door remote and was experiencing difficulty in getting it programmed. I called Precision Garage Door and requested assistance, noting that the new tenants would be arriving in three days. An appointment was set up for the following morning. I was blown away by their follow-up email. It not only thanked me for the appointment and confirmed arrival time but also provided photos of the technicians who would be coming. After their timely arrival and resolution of my problem, I requested an evaluation of my garage door. Joe pointed out several deficiencies which would undoubtedly be problematic at some future point in time. I requested a full overhaul and as a result received a 5 year warranty. It is reassuring to know that I have eliminated one source of tenant trouble calls and can rest assured that my tenants will not have garage door problems.

I called, and was given an appointment the same day concerning repairing the garage door. Thomas called and came in a timely manner. Thomas did a great job of explaining what work needed to be done and the costs of repair was broken down. I really appreciate Thomas not being pushy. I asked Thomas about a new door installation and Thomas took his time, showing me the costs and options. I decided to go with a new door because the door was insulated and my garage door was about 18 years old. Precision was able to replace the door the same day. The service representative worked fast, was very polite and did excellent work. He took time to explain the work he did and showed me how I can service the garage door myself every six months or so. I appreciate the professionalism of the men working for Precision. I also want to note that both men wore uniforms and were easily identifiable.

James came early, checked the doors and not only confirmed my fears, but pointed out other issues as well. He did a PDS overhaul on both doors....the works....springs,rollers,bearings,cables,cable drums, all adjustments and lube. At 60 I'm not easily impressed, but the experience in a word was awesome. James not only installed and repaired, he EXPLAINED what was wrong and what effects the wear would have on the other components. Knowledgable,Professional, no grass grew under his feet. To me....the MOST IMPORTANT POINT...is that for the money charged, the VALUE was there. I believe your money will not be wasted with this company with 9/10th of the noise eliminated.
