Also, he was very patient in dealing with the so called Home Warrenty people on the opener. I really appreciated his efforts on this. Patrick is a miracle worker! One of the door opener sensors was off kilter and solved our problem. When he looked up there was a crack in the garage door actually turned out to be two cracks and the door is bowing in the middle. We just assume the door will always be there what could happen to it. New door on the way.
