I found your company on Angie's list. There were several recent reviews and with service availability I got an appointment right away. Dio called and let me know when to expect him. He is a very pleasant and professional young man. He gave me good recommendations for the garage door and opener. At this time I only had him install a keypad and we will take his advice under advisement. Great assessment and job well done.

Precision Garage Door provides fast, quality and excellent service. This is my second service call to repair a garage door. I called to make an appointment for service and got an appointment set within 2 hours and I didn't have to wait the full 2 hours. The service technician was Luis and he called to let me know he was coming. He fixed the problem immediately and when I asked about what other repairs could be done today, he checked and told me the rollers could be changed if I wanted a quieter door which I asked him to do. He changed them and he did it pretty quickly. I also appreciate and am thankful that Precision sends you an email with the picture of the service tech so you will know who to expect. That shows Precision is not just about service but their customer's security. Great company!!

Very impressed with the professionalism of this company. I received an email before the technician got here. It told me who my technician would be and gave me a profile of him. I felt I knew him without ever meeting him. He called to tell me when he would be here and he was accurate. He was thorough, professional and very proficient. Precision impresses with professional and expeditious service. Twice, they have handled our garage door problems with immediate response. In both cases the technician, DIO, fixed the issues within a few hours and had all the tools and parts needed with him. Outstanding all around! We highly recommend Precision! Dealing with Precision Door Service was a pleasure from start to a beautiful finish. Patrick gave the estimate and explained my options in a knowledgeable manner- but wasn't pushy. I liked that since I am a female head of household. Don and Charles blew in -got to work in a second -seemed to enjoy their work -were super efficient -explained their work and all operations -shook hands, chatted, and drove away carting 50 year old wooden doors and leaving me with beautiful new steel garage doors that look like a million dollars!! Thank you , Gentlemen!I highly recommend this company..............and the price was right, too.

I picked Precision out of the Yellow Pages, They promptly answered my call even though it was late afternoon on a Friday. The technician, Dio, provided excellent service in overhauling/upgrading my garage door. He was friendly,very professional and knowledgeable. When I have problems with my garage doors in the future, Precision will be the company I call and Dio will be the technician I request.

With my garage door damaged and stuck at midpoint we called precision door at 8 pm on Monday night.The phone was actually answered and an appointment was set for the following morning. Precision door tech Dio Sanchez arrived shortly after 9am. After reviewing the situation he offered 2 solutions. One suggestion naturally, was a new door installation which I was expecting and was prepared for. The second solution was to repair the existing door with additional bracing,& new springs and bearings. He proceeded to repair and by noon I had an almost new door at much less cost than a new door. Dio Sanchez did a fine job, was cordial, out-going and very pleasant to deal with. The quality of his repair was outstanding and showed much understanding of his job. I thank you for fast & excellent service and will have Precision Door Service, with Dio Sanchez's name added to the list of recommended maintenance people for the Willow Place Home Owners Association.

Being new to the area, I didn't know who was a reliable garage door company. I spoke with a friend who recommended Precision garage door because of how satisfied she was with the promptness of service, and courtesy of the technician. I was equally impressed with how quickly a representative came out to my house to assess my garage door, and offer the most appropriate garage door. Installation was a smooth process and the technician very professional.
