Was surprised when they could repair same day. Patrick recommended additional repairs but was not forcing them done. Patrick commenced repairing the springs and a couple items on the lift mechanism. Lastly the screw drive was noisy. Amazing what some silicone spray can do grease cant.. Thanks..

James was prompt, friendly and professional. He was running ahead of the appointment time, so he called to see if he could come early. He arrived in 20 minutes! He also tested the doors and programmed the new remotes that we needed. He even remembered (or your files told him!) that your company had serviced us in 2009. Overall, great job!

#1 Found you in the Loudon, TN phone book. Ad stated you did repairs on Sat; thus I called you. I was scheduled for Sat morning and the Repair man, Thomas, was here Sat morning as promised. He checked out my problem and I agreed on his recommendation and he went to work. He fixed the door and explained to me what he did. He did not waste any time; he worked. I am very happy with your service and I would give you an A+ for service and an AA+ for Thomas.

Had been living with a garage door badly out of adjustment with issues that had not been identified and repaired by another local, supposedly well respected company. The Precision guy was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in completely checking the door and finding the issues needing to be fixed. The main issue was a single, undersized torsion spring for the 16 ft door. The door needed two torsion springs to balance it. I accepted his suggestions to also replace all worn parts to restore normal door travel since I open and close the door a lot. He wasn't pushy at all. Without the strain on the 13 year old opener, it should last a few more years before needing to be replaced. I'm convinced the job was done right and I'm completely satisfied.
