Patrick Stockston was the service tech who arrived after called and saying he was going to be on time. ( I liked that!) He quickly fixed the problem by replacing my broken door remote. My garage door is old and has probably been opened at least 29,200 in the last 20 years. He checked the door and make some future recommendations. I asked if he had time to do those repairs to which he responded he did! To my surprise, all the parts were on his well stocked truck. ( No waiting!) He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. There is no way I could have selected a better company or have gotten a better service tech. I had not heard of your company before, I checked the yellow pages and read your ad. Am I pleased? YES Is Patrick Stockston a great representative for your company? ABSOLUTELY

James came out to repair a broken spring a couple of years ago, and told us we could get a discount on new doors after the repairs and tune-up he completed for us anytime within five years. He came back, honored the commitment and now we have brand new doors on order.
