They responded very quickly to my call and it was on a Sunday. They advertise 24/7 service and that is true. I also feel they are honest. I have an older garage door opener and I asked Luis several times if I needed to replace the opener and he said no. I appreciate his integrity since he could have replaced the opener and I would have never known that it did not need replacement. He replaced my springs, and attached a broken part that had come off. He also corrected where the garage door was rubbing against the side of the garage. My garage door has never worked better. They were such a blessing to me since one car was trapped in the garage.

One of the springs on our garage door broke early Saturday morning. I called the office at 8:30 and a technician was at my house by 9:45 that morning! He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the service we were provided.

They came the next day and were on time! Diagnosed the problem (opener) replaced it for a reasonable price and completed the work within an hour. At first I said no to the repair and the tech was still nice and friendly. Said he would go ahead and lubricate the door and adjust the wheels. After I made a call and told him to go ahead and replace the opener, he had the part on his truck and quickly did the work. Luis was very professional and polite. He was in a neat uniform and drove a neat truck with the logo on it. It was easy to identitfy who he represented. He introduced himself when he came in, shook my hand and went right to work. I have always used another company, not naming names but... Williams. They are usually snippy when you call and it was going to be OVER A WEEK before they could come. I will call Precision next time from the beginning. Who wants to go over a week with a broken garage door? I am not sure which brand I have but it comes with a lifetime guarantee.

Thomas came to check our malfunctioning door opener the evening before July 4th and was very pleasant and professional. He attempted to adjust the opener but concluded that it was worn out and not adequate to handle the large double door. He suggested a "carriage door"opener designed for such large doors. We scheduled to have him install that the following Monday and we are pleased with the promptness of Precision Door.

I chose Precision by looking at the display Lowe's had. The Doors looked better than any others! Much more variety. The Precision salesman was extremely helpful and courteous. I was lucky enough to get him as my installer! It's a double door but It only took 2.5 hrs.to install, rails and all. Again, efficient And conscientious. A friend who used Patrick recommended him as a true professional. I found him to be just that. He talked to me as an equal and I appreciate that more now that I am older. I would recommend a Precision Door w/o reservation. I was told what the problem was and given several possible solutions. I liked being spoken to with knowledge and experience with garage doors. The service rep. (Dio) was excellent. A power outage had caused a loss of codes to unit and he restored them within minutes. He was also my installer of both doors and is an excellent worker and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the doors,motors,track, etc....I am very pleased with the doors and motors which have been performing great since installment 8 months ago.
