Tommy Gatlin came less than 2 hours after called and evaluated and explained the reason for the problems with my garage door. He made suggestions for correcting the problems. He repaired and replaced parts needed and door is working perfectly! Tommy was mannerly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If ever needed, I would certainly request him again.

At 4pm on Friday a spring on my garage door broke and I called Precision. A technician came to my house at about 5PM and made the door operable although a complete repair won't be performed until Monday. Very responsive service!
