Precision did an outstanding job replacing the broken springs on my garage door and providing the PDS Overhaul. Patrick Stockston was the service tech who arrived after called and saying he was going to be on time. ( I liked that!) He quickly fixed the problem by replacing my broken door remote. My garage door is old and has probably been opened at least 29,200 in the last 20 years. He checked the door and make some future recommendations. I asked if he had time to do those repairs to which he responded he did! To my surprise, all the parts were on his well stocked truck. ( No waiting!) He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. There is no way I could have selected a better company or have gotten a better service tech. I had not heard of your company before, I checked the yellow pages and read your ad. Am I pleased? YES Is Patrick Stockston a great representative for your company? ABSOLUTELY

James came out to repair a broken spring a couple of years ago, and told us we could get a discount on new doors after the repairs and tune-up he completed for us anytime within five years. He came back, honored the commitment and now we have brand new doors on order. James' repair work in the beginning is why we are still customers and why we looked no where else when it came time to replace the doors.

Was surprised when they could repair same day. Patrick recommended additional repairs but was not forcing them done. Patrick commenced repairing the springs and a couple items on the lift mechanism. Lastly the screw drive was noisy. Amazing what some silicone spray can do grease cant.. Thanks..

James was prompt, friendly and professional. He was running ahead of the appointment time, so he called to see if he could come early. He arrived in 20 minutes! He also tested the doors and programmed the new remotes that we needed. He even remembered (or your files told him!) that your company had serviced us in 2009. Overall, great job!

#1 Found you in the Loudon, TN phone book. Ad stated you did repairs on Sat; thus I called you. I was scheduled for Sat morning and the Repair man, Thomas, was here Sat morning as promised. He checked out my problem and I agreed on his recommendation and he went to work. He fixed the door and explained to me what he did. He did not waste any time; he worked. Had been living with a garage door badly out of adjustment with issues that had not been identified and repaired by another local, supposedly well respected company. The Precision guy was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in completely checking the door and finding the issues needing to be fixed. The main issue was a single, undersized torsion spring for the 16 ft door. The door needed two torsion springs to balance it. I accepted his suggestions to also replace all worn parts to restore normal door travel since I open and close the door a lot. He wasn't pushy at all. Without the strain on the 13 year old opener, it should last a few more years before needing to be replaced. I'm convinced the job was done right and I'm completely satisfied.
