Had a spring break on my garage door, Tommy came out and promptly showed me why the springs were constantly breaking, remedied the problem and ended up installing new pullies, rollers, cables and springs, and now the door works perfectly! Your installers replaced an old failing door with a new insolated door with complete new hardware. it works great and should have been replaced years ago. I found your company over the internet and was happy an appointment was scheduled the same day. When Tom arrived, he quickly discovered the problem and thoroughly explained what had happened. The old opener was 10 years old and I opted for installation of a new one and rollers. He had all the parts on the truck and had the opener changed out in an hour. Good job!
