Great service from Precision Door. Charles, our technician appeared at the appointed time. Very pleasant young man who completed the repair without any problems. Was very impressed with the ease of scheduling an appointment on a Sunday at no extra charge. Would definitely use your service again and recommend it to our neighbors!

The service rep. (Dio) was excellent. A power outage had caused a loss of codes to unit and he restored them within minutes. He was also my installer of both doors and is an excellent worker and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the doors,motors,track, etc....I am very pleased with the doors and motors which have been performing great since installment 8 months ago. I was referred to your company by word of mouth and will continue to recommend Precision to friends. This was my first service personnel need and was very happy with the outcome.....

Luis was very knowlegible about your products and was able to explain why the repairs he was making would improve the life of my garage door. I can't say enough about the great service I received. The technician was efficient, friendly, and helpful. He showed up within a half an hour, which was great because both our vehicles were "trapped" in the garage. He informed me of our options and gave his recommendation. He struck me as a very honest person. Thanks for the great sevice! The person who answered my call was also extremely friendly.

I found Precision by a Google search. Setting appointment time was easy. Was told someone would be here between 4-6 and he even got here early! Dio was knowledgeable, professional, and undoubtedly a man of great character. He knew exactly what to do,repaired the door lightning quick, and gave great advice for future upkeep. Dio is the ideal employee in my book. Blown away by the service and I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

Dio was on time, called ahead to advise he was on his way and took his time explaining what happened and what my options were. I couldn't ask for better service. I was about to attempt this repair myself and he showed me where I was 2 steps away from a painful accident (I did not realize how much tension was on the cable and it would have flown off the door had I tried removing it as planned) He also looked at the other door and showed me that the spring was still working properly and how I can tell when it's time to get it replaced.

As I told the young lady who asked some questions when I called, I found your Company in the phone book. I was surprised that you would come out on a Sunday and a Holiday week-end at that. Luis was here on time as promised, he called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was polite, fixed my problem, checked over everything. Well done!

A technician (Dio) was sent out the same day I called. Dio was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job showing me exactly what the problem was with our door. The cables, rollers, etc. were failing and Dio replaced them with equipment sized more appropriately for our door. Great job!

A friend who used Patrick recommended him as a true professional. I found him to be just that. He talked to me as an equal and I appreciate that more now that I am older. I would recommend a Precision Door w/o reservation. I was told what the problem was and given several possible solutions. I liked being spoken to with knowledge and experience with garage doors. The electronics used to communicate and bill was so easy and fast.
