Tommy was at a neighbors house down the street- so I pull over and waited, I got the phone number and call I was planing on getting other bids., but i Google search so I would have enough knowledge about what I wanted. Tommy came over a hour or so later. He was very knowledgable and I felt confident in his workmanship and abilities. So base upon what I found out the price for everything was what I would expect to pay for a professional installer, I am sure I could have saved a couple bucks- but I am also sure where would they make the cuts in the workmanship in order to save? I wasn't disappointed at all- clean up everything, went to the extra to lube things and so forth- I dot my hard earn money worth and some. Thanks Tommy!

Patrick arrived earlier than I was expecting, a pleasant surprise. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He serviced the door as well as replaced the spring and I can't believe how quiet the door is now. It no longer wakes up the neighbor's pets or sounds like a remake of Jurassic Park.

My garage door opener was frozen. My daughter had to take me to work and a co-worker recommended your company. One call and they were out to the house to repair the door. Actually the door was fine but the moving parts and major springs in the electric door had to be replaced. No extra time wasted or trips to the shop...all new and a warranty too. I hoped they could fix my Genie, but allas it had past on at the age of 20. So went ahead & had Tommy install a whole new one. Much better!!
