Had a spring break on my garage door, Tommy came out and promptly showed me why the springs were constantly breaking, remedied the problem and ended up installing new pullies, rollers, cables and springs, and now the door works perfectly! He also greased the chain and adjusted the track. Thanks precision!

The spring on the top of my garage door snapped and I thought about doing it myself, but for the price, just went ahead and had Precision do it. Turned out to be a good choice, not only did he change it (and very quick at that), but showed me where to grease up to make the door last longer. Great service and very respectful and courteous employees.

I found them off Angies List, and as soon as I called they were very friendly, knowledgeable and if you had the correct information they were able to give you an estimate on the phone. They even offered to send someone out that same evening. Very professional and I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their garage door!

Your installers replaced an old failing door with a new insolated door with complete new hardware. it works great and should have been replaced years ago. The new door and hardware should extend the life of my door opener by years. The installers were very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and did an outstanding installation job. If I have additional garage door issues, your company will be the one that I call.

I have been extremely satisfied with Precision each and every time I have a need of you. Your office person who answers the phone is very polite and professional, the men who come to my house (3rd time now) are very courteous, professional and friendly, and good at what they do. I found your company over the internet and was happy an appointment was scheduled the same day. When Tom arrived, he quickly discovered the problem and thoroughly explained what had happened. The old opener was 10 years old and I opted for installation of a new one and rollers. He had all the parts on the truck and had the opener changed out in an hour. Good job!

Precision Doors did exactly what they said they would do. Tommie called ahead of time, was on time and provided exactly what we needed in a very professional and courteous manner.
