James arrived ahead of schedule, called to let us know he was on the way. He got right to work and completed the repair in about an hour and a half. Needed new torsion bar and springs. Door works very smooth and well balanced. James was very friendly and helpful with future maintenance. I would call again if I needed repairs.

I was very pleased with the quick response and the service. The service men were very informative and friendly. The springs and rollers were replaced and the garage door was working again in a short time. They even got the light on my opener, which hadn't worked in years, working again. I would definitely call Precision in the future.

My torsion spring broke 6 years after being replaced by Precision. They sent a repair technician the very next morning and had it working within 24 hours of the spring breaking. We purchased a replacement garage door after calling Precision for repair of our old one. They made a free service call and explained clearly why a new door would be more cost effective than the work required to repair the old one. We had one small problem with a panel on the new door, and they quickly, efficiently took care of that with no extra charge!

We are extremely pleased with the technician, Patrick Stockton, who performed the service call as well as installed the garage door initially. He is very professional and friendly, not to mention arrived only 30 minutes after our call to the dispatcher, which by the way was after 6 pm. We will request him on any future repair or installation. This was our first garage door installation by Precision and we couldn't be happier. They set the bar very high and we do not know of any other garage door company that can even compete. We highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

The serviceman clearly explained what was wrong and what the repair would cost. He The serviceman gets 5 stars?. He was very polite and clearly explained what needed repair and the costs. The ad was misleading in that it says weekend appointment and emergencies on the weekend 24/7. The operator said that 24/7 means we can make appointments on the weekend for the coming week and also there is no emergency service on the weekend, very misleading. 3 stars for the ad.

We do provide 24/7 live operator service for emergencies and non-emergencies that happen after normal business hours. We also provide emergency after hours appointments from 6 pm to 9 pm Monday - Friday, plus weekend service on Saturday from 9 am - 9 pm. I hope that better describes our emergency service availability.

EXCELLENT COMANY, VERY REPUTABLE. TECHNICIANS WERE ON TIME AND DID A FOLLOW UP WITHIN 3-4 WEEKS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS STILL OK. DOOR IS VERY QUIET WHICH WAS A BIG THING FOR MY WIFE AND I. I WILL RECOMMEND TO MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS
