Patrick was great, very professional and informative. He told me exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what it would take to fix it right. He even gave me a rough time to have the job done. Well he was almost to the minute on the time, so I think he knows his stuff and I would highly recommend Precision and their technician Patrick.

6 out of 5 Stars - Seriously, Precision Door Service excels in communication from responding to the website inquiry I made, to scheduling a representative and continuing to communicate the scheduled visit. The one difficulty I had, that was minimal was that when I recieved verification of the appointment, it was off by an hour. I replied to the email, but that was not successful. So, I phone first thing during business hours to clarify and it was taken care of. Tom, the representative, arrived early and was kind to phone me so that no one would be concerned about his service truck being there. He was exceptionally kind and very knowledgable of the product. I am not certain I will be able to use your services though due to my particular situation of trying to minimize cost in preparing this house for the market. I really wish I would find an affordable over lay, skin, to apply to my current door, but I now of no one in the area that offers that service. Even though I will not be living in this house, I question the wisdom of installing a metal door in an area that doubles as a basketball court. I must find another option to address my garage door needs. Oh, and might I add that Tom was quick to promote your company when we greeted one another, I told him that I am not used to contractors arriving on time, much less early to an appointment, to which he replied, "But you have never worked with Precision, and we at Precision are known for our punctuality and reliability." Well, I am not certain those were his exact words, but that is pretty close and certainly conveys the intent of his words. Tom has excellent personnel skills, a winsome personality. Again, I want to commend your phone representatives that I have spoken with as well as Tom. All of my communications with them were pleasant and exceeded my expectations. Have a blessed week. We contacted Precision and they immediately responded to our needs. They sent a service man to our home who was very knowledgeable and intelligent. In fact, he knew exactly what he was doing and performed his repairs professionally with absolute perfection. Prompt service and great technician who took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my garage door and how to fix it. Although my situation was not critical, I choose to get all of the parts replaced to extend the life of the motor and prevent future problems. The work was done efficiently, and the original working parts on the door were replaced with those of a better quality. In a short period of time, I had a garage door that purred as it lifted and closed vs. the rattle-trap that it had been before. Very professional. I highly recommend Precision and appreciate the 5-year warranty.

My garage door was professionally installed by Precision a couple of months ago. Last night the lift assist spring broke. I called Precision and a tech (Nick) was dispatched today to repair my door. The technician showed up as promised. Nick spent time establishing the root cause of the failure and took steps to ensure that the cause of the failure didn't happen again. After some signatures, I was up and operating again! Again, it's unfortunate that there's only five-stars available! Can't recommend Precision enough.

Appointment was set between 5pm and 7pm the day after I called to schedule it. I was impressed that they could get to me so quickly. The repairman, Patrick, called when he was 15 minutes away and arrived at 5pm. He was professional and extremely knowledgable and competent. One of my tension springs had broken. I also had a frayed cable but didn't know it until Patrick and I inspected the garage door closely. It would have only lasted a few more lifts, barely hanging on. Glad he caught it! Overall, the garage door is much quieter and smoother. Very happy with the work and took him less than an hour. I have never had as good of an experience with a repairman as I did with Patrick and Precision.

We were pleased with the workmanship and the knowledge of Patrick who did the work. We were satisfied with the fix and the time it took to do the repairs needed. We feel the garage door is reinforced with new components and is much sturdier than before (new springs, struts, rollers, and bearings). I would recommend this company and they came out and repaired on same day!

Late Friday night, the spring on our garage door broke. We figured that Monday would be the earliest that we could have another spring installed. Precision changed all that! Within a few hours of making the call, Patrick had arrived, gave us an estimate and installed a new spring, rollers and cables. Great experience, Ty the guy you sent out was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable, when he told me the options he gave us the best one for us. When he said we’d replace the motor I thought it would just be that, but he put in a new system, openers, remotes, wall entry unit. I thought he was just going replace one part and we have all the old stuff, far more than my expections
