The experience I had was wonderful. The technician not only arrived at the appointed time, but carried out the work with great professionalism. I had contacted other vendors that afternoon; none responded to my call. I was surprised when someone responded when I called your company, and even more surprised when they said a technician could come out that evening. I got home from work to find my garage door wouldn't open. Within an hour they had a technician in my driveway. Nick was great; he took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how he would fix it. If there was a way to give Precision 6 stars I would.

I chose Precision because I have used them before and was satisfied with the professional people and knowledge of my repair needs. My problem was fixed and I now feel the attention I recieved has solved any future problems I might have experienced without a professionals advice. I did however forget to print and use my $15 off coupon from the website, if that can be reimbursed that would give your company a 6+ star rating!
