I was totally blown away by the quality of work and professionalism of our technician, Josh. Not only was he a guru at his job, but he was an educator as well. Josh educated me on the door and opener we had and reassured me that it was in good condition and of high quality. Of course, when something breaks you tend to think it is inferior. This attests to his character as well as Precision in not trying to up-sell the customer. Thanks so much for your help and honesty.

I have a six year old garage door installed by another local company. It was making a lot of noise and eventually the chain jumped the sprocket. I called the company that did the install. They could not get to me by the next morning my only free time if the week. I looked on Advisor and called Precision. The receptionist was professional and assured me they could be there in the morning. Which they were. Patrick was who serviced this call. He walked me through the entire assembly and workings of a garage door. I had a plethora of questions which he patiently listened to and answered. Come to find out the door was installed incorrectly to start. Patrick literally rebuilt the door in 2 1/2 hours. It runs so smoothly you can barely hear it. I run a high volume business in Knoxville and definitely understand the importance of sincere service. This is a great example of just that. I meet and speak with hundreds of people every week. Whenever the opportunity presents itself I will share this story. Thank you Patrick and Precision. Well done!

I chose you from the yellow pages and with you in Ft. City you were close. Your tech was courteous and was here when he said. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. He gave me a price for what he said needed to be done. I am not in a financial position to have the work done at this time but hope I will be in the near future. Thank You.

We had Alex come out the first thing in the morning and had our door up so my wife could get to a funeral she had to be at. He then took care of our damaged door to secure it until the new door would arrive. He then saved us money by suggesting a new door with our senior discount All in all Alex was a god sent He did a fantastic job and had us feeling secure about our situation Precision needs more like him

I chose Precision because of the many positive reviews. We purchased a new door and opener to replace our old one.Chris came to our house to help us choose a garage door and to give us a quote. He explained all of our options to us and gave us a estimation on 3 different options. He was very professional in every way, answered all of our questions and even showed me how the different components worked. We decided to go with the best plan because of his courteous attitude. We were glad he was our first contact. We rate the service thus far five stars. Look forward to the day our door is installed. Thank you for sending someone out to meet with us so q. 5 stars. Starting with calling for an appointment, Josh calling when he would arrive(which was to the minute of the window I was given). Josh was clear in explaining the issue. He assessed the problem and fixed. He was in and out Within an hour. I hope not to have to call again, but I will definitely call Precision. I will also recommend to others

Went to open door this morning and it would not open due to broken spring. Called Precision and Josh showed up at my home in less than an hour. Forty minutes later the spring was replaced and I was able to get to my appointments on time. They went out of their way for a customer that had never used them before and you can’t ask for anything better than that. Great service and competitive pricing.

The technician who came to our house whose name was Nick was absolutely fabulous. We had a problem with the door opening and closing and coming off it’s tracks. Nick was able to do several adjustments to the door and for the time being the door is working fine. Next spent a good hour here and ended up giving me an estimate to replace the entire door opening system which eventually will definitely need to be done. I was not charged a dime which I found extremely professional and a wonderful way to sell the company he works for. I am starting to have problems again and will definitely need the new door opener installed in the near future. I would with 100% satisfaction recommend precision overhead garage door service. I will definitely be calling in the near future to have the new door opener installed. It was a pleasure doing business with precision overhead garage door service Company

Patrick Stockton was the tech dispatched to our home today. If he is a sample of the type of techs Prevision hire, then hats off! Patrick was on time and delivered exceptional service. He quickly identified the issues with our garage door and completed the installation with perfection. He went above and beyond with programming extra remotes and a MyQ remote software. Patrick was so professional and so accommodating we will definitely share the experience and recommend Precision without any hesitation.
