I was extremely pleased with with how quickly Precision responded to my need for garage door repair service. Even with some unexpected complications that were discovered on the initial inspection, they were able to work everything out around our busy schedule and complete the job in less than two hours. I am happy to rate the service I received today from Precision Overhead Door Service a FIVE! Tommy Gatlin came less than 2 hours after called and evaluated and explained the reason for the problems with my garage door. He made suggestions for correcting the problems. He repaired and replaced parts needed and door is working perfectly! Tommy was mannerly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If ever needed, I would certainly request him again.

my door was making way to much noise i thought it would break into, Tommy came out quickly saw the problems my door had and told us what it would coast to repair, it was a little pricey however I had the work done and the door is so quite you can sleep through the opening and closing of the door now, great work and Tommy was a professional thank you

The technician called prior to arrival to give us a time. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and began the repair. At 4pm on Friday a spring on my garage door broke and I called Precision. A technician came to my house at about 5PM and made the door operable although a complete repair won't be performed until Monday. Very responsive service!
