Garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Called Precision because they have 24/7 answering. Talked with Rachel who took some info and set an appointment for Monday with James. He was able to come early which was very convenient. Very satisfied with service and cost. I really liked reading the reviews on James and the company before the service call.

Superior service !! Tommy was highly professional and had a fully equipped truck with all parts and replacements at hand. Explained everything fully. Service was prompt and efficient. What really sold me in the advertisement was that there were live operators 24/7 to answer the phone, and not an answering machine.

I chose Precision because a neighbor had recently used them and said they were good. My garage door would not open. A service person was at my door in about an hour after I called and recommended an Overhaul. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was had me up and running in about an hour. Very good service. I called Thursday at 4:30 and they sent a tech. out Friday morning. The tech. rebuilt my 18ft door witch was a construction grade door, put all new hardware in. Very pleased I would call they again.

Had a spring break on my garage door, Tommy came out and promptly showed me why the springs were constantly breaking, remedied the problem and ended up installing new pullies, rollers, cables and springs, and now the door works perfectly! He also greased the chain and adjusted the track. Thanks precision!

The spring on the top of my garage door snapped and I thought about doing it myself, but for the price, just went ahead and had Precision do it. Turned out to be a good choice, not only did he change it (and very quick at that), but showed me where to grease up to make the door last longer. Great service and very respectful and courteous employees.
