Called Precision and they responded within the same 1/2 day. Replaced a 24-year-old garage door opener and did a tune up/repair on other parts on the door. System was back up and running the same day. Patrick was professional and explained all the issues with the current system and provided options for the repairs. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the changes. He performed all the checks and made sure everything was working before he finished. I was very happy with the final working system.

I chose your company because I saw your commercials on TV. I told Preston my problem and he looked at the issue and pointed out other issues that made the corrective action a more reliable repair. Preston is a top drawer kind of guy. He was nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I don't know how Preston got all of that work done in an hour, but he did. Preston knows his craft. I'm 100% pleased.

Terrific service… called at 10:00 AM, service Tech (Trevor) arrived at 11:30, replaced motor and track and was done by 1:00 PM. All the old stuff was hauled off and installation mess was completely cleaned up. Trevor was very personable and professional. Performed an inspection of the door and accompanying hardware, offered various services and options, explained the product and available features. Company sent confirmation emails for appointment, including photo of the technician and other information. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended.

Garage door broke around 7PM Wednesday night. Tech was able to come out 9AM Thursday Morning. Had to replace the motor as the current motor wasn't strong enough for our door. We had a spring break last summer, the tech, from another company, said nothing about the motor being to weak. 10/10 will use precision going forward
