Precision Door Service originally updated our garage doors (new motors, etc.) back in 2018 when we moved into our house. Performance has been issue free; minor issue with the infrared door sensors out of alignment. A quick call on Saturday got us scheduled for a service call on Monday. Technician quickly adjusted the door sensors and sprayed the rollers with a lubricant; he was completed in less that 10 minutes. Great service; highly recommend Precision Door Service!!

I noticed your company due to your truck wrap. I called and two hours later Derick was at our house and arrived on time. Derick reviewed everything with me and then went to work. We have 5 garage doors with openers. One of our openers was bad and Derick replaced it with a new one that he had on the truck. He also inspected all of our doors and reprogrammed our openers. He also programmed my visor control in my truck. I would give you and Derick a “10” rating if I could. Great company and wonderful service. Thank you !

My overhead garage door was not working; it was an old Genie. That this store is open on SAT was wonderful. Their technician, Justin, came and was able to check out if there was any way to save the existing unit. Unfortunately not, as the circuit board was burned out and Genie no longer makes a replacement. Justin was in and out within an hour to remove and replace the unit with a new and quieter Genie. Too soon to render a rating because of the following: 1. A torsion spring was installed on my garage door about twice the size of the one on the door when purchased! 2. Since this torsion spring was installed, I have not been able to get my garage door opener adjusted to operate up and down properly. When attempting to adjust the garage door up and down movement, my Chain and Idler Pulley were damaged and I am in the process of obtaining replacements to see if that will fix my problem or if I need to replace the torsion spring with the one specified in the manual for my garage door.
