Precision Door Service repaired my garage door opener on one side of my garage and installed an opener on the other side of my garage. The service was excellent and the installers were very professional. Everything was explained to me and the cost was very reasonable. They came out early in the morning after I called the afternoon before. The work was completed in a little less than two hours. They also had a great warranty. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Josh exceeded my expectations. He arrived early, which was great! He assessed the problem & immediately began to repair what needed to be repaired & he explained what he was doing throughout the appointment! He was fast but very efficient. It was clear that Josh loves what he does! When I have issues inbthe future, I will ask for Josh! He replaced the large spring that was broken, replaced the cables & rollers. Great work!

Very special day for us, usually folks come out give you and estimate and set you another appointment… NOT with these great folks.. Josh came out discussed with me the issue, and wham new garage door opener and I got the best- both the precision quality unit and installation.. Office staff and technician were very friendly, helpful and professional; and when I called the office personnel set me up with an appointment for the next day, so it was great that we didn’t have to wait so long for an appointment. The technician (James) was very helpful and courteous, and got the job done quickly. The pricing for the work was fair as well. I highly recommend Precision, and will use them again, when needed!

Precision sent a very young tech out who told me because my garage door had an older spring type mechanism that it could not be repaired and the only thing they could do would be to replace it with a torsion style opener. I declined and he charged me $49.99 for the house call. I then called a different company and their tech brought a new spring kit, changed out both springs and all pulleys, greased, oiled, and adjusted the door and charged me half of what Precision had quoted. He also told me that there was not enough head space above my door to install a torsion system. The only reason i'm giving one star is that there is nothing lower. It's a shame that I was charged for no service.

I needed to replace the seal at the bottom of my garage door. Derek took care of it right away and checked some other things while he was here. I had him leave a sticker on the door if I ever needed to call them again. He was a really nice guy.

Always choose them! Not only was I able to schedule a next day appointment, with an onlie agent, late in the evening- I have had an INCREDIBLE service! Chris Pease came out to service our garage door issues with closing. He explained areas that needed attention alongside garage door framing- an essential repair to ensure further repair success. After we meet with our contractor, we ONLY want our garage door continued services with Chris- from Precision Door Service! He rocks!

I used Precision when I lived in Fort Myers, Florida. I got great service there in the Sunshine State. So when my GD would not close properly here in Knoxville, I called them, and came out at my own schedule, and did all they could to check its programming and etc. I had to have a new Motor installed, as the other was a 2005, and decided it did not want to work. I had great Techs, and worked fast, explained how to use my upgraded Door remote and all its features. My Cost was 773.00.
